Cashmere Valley Bank - Maple Street Maple St, Wenatchee

I was running late because of work and the Cashmere Valley Bank team gladly received me last minute and helped me with what I needed. Great experience. Thankful for your guys support.

Friendly people that work there they answer all your questions that you asked it's easy to get account there checking or savings it's a friendly Bank

About a month ago I went to Ez's and used my debit card and this was the last time I visited, then 2 days ago I check my bank account and Ez's charged me $12.87 I had my bank look at it and it turns out the charge was supposed to have been processed on 9/22 and they had barely done it on 10/18!!! I went to complain/request a refund from them amd was directed to call Cashmere Valley Bank, where the woman who answered said that's not how it works and that she had no idea why I was told to contact them so I called Ez's back and told her what the woman had told me and she said she would talk to their banker at Cashmere and get back to me which they haven't done. Cashmere Valley Bank you guys need to be more careful in processing payments with them because CLEARLY someone doesn't know what their doing. And no I still not only havent gotten refunded because of their screw up but neither of them have contacted me to explain the situation, it's VERY wrong that they reached into my bank account as they pleased, which by the way, almost overdraftes my a ccount and i would have been charged a high fee if that happened.So glad I chose Numerica over Cashmere!
