Cashland S Irvine Ave, Masury

They have great stuff for great prices, with friendly staff. My only gripe is how they treat their TVs. They have this stock cashland image that's constantly on display. The problem with that is that the image can get burned into the screen, so that when you see a dark image or a black screen you can see the text left over on the TV. This is why computers have animated screen savers since the 90s, I would highly suggest that they consider rotating some images. On the plus side, because their inventory doesn't stay on the shelf long the imprint is very faint, at least for the TV I bought.

They sold me a broken tablet I presume they knew was broke and said I needed to buy the insurance plan or they would not return it I don’t buy those but magically I had bought the insurance policy without them asking me

This place is absolutely crazy. I took in a 1/2 Ct Diamond ring 14Kt White Gold, and a 1/2 Ct diamond necklace also 14 Kt white gold. They tried give me $54 total for both items that retail $1,700! I know pawn shops are already sleazy and scammy but this place blew my mind! $14 for the necklace and $40 for the ring. They clearly are used to dealing with people that bad off in life with poor decision making skills. I was thoroughly disgusted.

I found Abbey, to be extremely helpful and nice on the phone. Saved me a trip. 5 stars. Guess people treat you the way you treat them, eh?

ok place buy tv long time ago from there and it will destory hdmi cables and then when buy new ones they got destory tv shock me

I found them very nice to deal with. I pawned several items with them. I got one item back out a month ago and it was all good. HOWEVER today I picked up my Klipsh speakers that had been there for months. These are very expensive speakers. The speakers are scratched up. Many many marks on them that were not there when I pawned them. Soo...half and half. Really disappointed that my speakers were not well cared for.

Great employees and great prices on Jewelry, game systems and TVs. I went and tried to sell some gold in downtown hermetiage and they offered me half of what cashland in Masury Ohio offered me. They pay way more then anyone else on gold you must check them out great atmosphere and clean!!! Thanks so much cashland for making my day!!

Not only was Abbie(one of their BEST Cust Serv reps) one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen,but she went out her way to make sure the item I received was clean and in perfect operating order.
