This place deserves "0 stars". Sold me electronics with out necessary accessories to function. When returning 10 mins later to get exchange or refund was told I would have to wait until Friday 2 days later even after they sold me a 15 day warranty. A female assistant manager was very rude to me while dismissing my issue. I asked to have the store manager called and was told multiple different excuses but I kept insisting until finally the assistant manager says she will attempt to call but the manager probably won't answer. The manager answers surprise! I was able to get my refund but not before 30 mins of arguing back and forth with a rude dismissive "employee " who still never apologized. 😤

Probably the worst place you could go to pawn items for emergencies. Used this place for a couple years for cash advances and pawning items when low on cash. Always had a great trust history and paid on time and always paid to get items out of pawn. Just unbelievable how they would try to take advantage during trying times that everyone is going through. To refuse a working GoPro7 over a charging cord that they have piles of I’m sure and offer eighty dollars for a four hundred dollar karaoke speaker is despicable. Disgusting business disgusting employees period!!!!

I high recommend boycotting Cashland. I, like many other working Americans have to resort to getting a payday loan in order to make it to the next month. Many of us find ourselves paying those loans off and immediately having to re-loan. On the month of Christmas Cashland has decided to reduce the amount their customers can borrow/re-borrow, putting myself and other Americans in serious financial jeopardy. This is an attack on the many Americans, most with families, who continue to suffer in this great country. Please take your business that has more respect for their American customers.

Take your business elsewhere. No one knows how to work a PlayStation 4. Wow. Wonder if they know what real diamonds are. Why are these stores still open? All their stuff is junk.

They should not be listed as a check cashing service on the internet if they're not.

Employees are dismissive and unfriendly. They do not act interested in doing business or interested in getting repeat customers. I won't go back--- I recommend avoiding this shop.

Old staff was amazing, new staff is rude and hateful

All associates are always warm welcoming and inviting could not ask for any better. Always smiling and very friendly. I highly recommend this company for any electronic or services u may need.

Will never go there again rude and disrespectful employees who seem to talk down to their customers
