Cash USA Pawn S Hwy, Cantonment

I called cash USA on 4/27/2017 looking to resell a Nintendo 2ds in like new condition to them. Upon answering the phone, the sales rep who took my call was extremely rude, when I made an inquiry about if they could purchase my 2ds, the sales rep didn't appear to hear me at first, and when I restated (quote "I am looking to sell a used Nintendo 2ds in like new condition") he responded with " yeah? Well good luck!" I called a few minutes after the initial phone call ended and requested to speak with a manager. Immediately after I made the request I could hear employees in the background laughing at me. After asking several times and being denied, the employee hung up on me without allowing me to speak with any form of management. If I were running this pawn shop I would not want this employee speaking with my customers, he gave me the impression that I was not welcome to do business with them, and as a result I don't think I will. I just moved to this state recently and do alot of reselling of old electronics as I am an avid gamer, and I will not be going to this pawn shop ever, very unpleasant experience.

They will disrespect you to the point you’ll want to fight. This place needs to be shut down.

Very racist prick. Pure rude hope they go bankrupt. Then come back with a better game plan. And friendlier people with sense. But there's plenty other pawn shops.
