Cash Store W Airport Fwy, Irving

This is a horrible place to go to when you need money ASAP. They just sit there talking and laughing and they call their personal family members while the customer sit for HOURS waiting for help. For THREE days straight they kept telling me they have to verify my employment. No one is suppose to be at a cash store not more than an Hour or so. CAROLINE told me she will call me on Thursday when it’s verified. I called them the next day at 3pm and they still have NOT done it. I had to show up there so they can call my employer in front of me. And when she did, it was ALREADY LATE cause my HR do NOT work evening. I gave them everything they needed and they couldn’t do their job with all the time they have sitting there Playing “hard Worker” Why you make me sit there for HOURS just to end up with pending “employment verification” If you cannot do your job right then what’s the point of being there? They are NOT working and NEVER Helpful at ALL. I went to SPEEDYCASH at 5pm today the 06/03/22 and by 6pm I got out of there with the cash I needed.

The whole process was a lie to get you to come in an apply for a loan. I called the store before my arrival ask what do I need to apply for a loan there. Bank statement,last check stub, I.D, when I get there the system couldn’t figure out if I had a bank account or not idk why. We called the bank got all the information needed still not enough ended up going to get blank checks with my information on them. Keep in mind I was also told they didn’t run credit checks. Long story short denied because of credit smh. When u could of just said we run credit checks. We need blank checks. Why my credit was denied idk because I’ve paid off bank loans before. An with world financial.

waited 20 minutes before Kelly told the other employees that she was going to lunch . There was 2 employees on the floor doing NOTHING ! & I could’ve been helped . Kelly was too worried about going to lunch than helping out customers. Super inconvenient when I get out of work on my lunch break to handle my business since I don’t get out until 7pm . But she took her time talking to another customer about her business then trying to get me in & out ? Very unprofessional!

The agents are the ones that make this cash store awesome. They do everything in their power to help. Everyone's attitude are very positive and warming. All cash stores or payday loan store do the same thing but it is their agents that make them stand out from the rest. JMC

Unless you have 3 hours to spare, don’t even come to this place. On top of that, I called ahead to ask what all I needed to bring to apply for a cash advance. I brought everything, just to still have to leave and home to get my social security card! I needed the money, so I did it just to spend an extra hour to still get no money because my bank was closed, so they couldn’t verify if my account was active despite having proof on my phone showing current activity as of the very day! I could go on, but I won’t. I have never had such an experience. This was horrible.

Second time I have been in here and I cant get done what I need too. I've wasted my lunch twice now and still got nothing accomplished. You could have taken the 6 other people's payments that were in there instead of making us all wait till your done with the hour long process. Some people work and take their lunch to make payments or do whatever. Apparently yall just dont want me to pay back the loan I got. This was very irritating.
