    Do not rely on these people you are better off selling everything in your entire house they are very unprofessional and they are not here to help out customers they are there to collect a paycheck they do not care about you or the information you give they will literally shred your papers in front of your face and tell you to reprint the information while the whole time Brandon or whatever dude name is is flirting with his co worker instead of helping out a customer then wanna look crazy when I ask for my I.d and tell him to shred whatever is is that he haven't shredded yet. I would rather lose everything I own than to be treated like that.

    The fact that you have to wait almost a hr just to see someone to sit there and give all your personal info for another hr and to sit for another 45min to be told you’re denied bc of verification. Even if I was approved they still would get one star bc they’re super slow and it’s exhausting. Waste of time.

    VERY rude staff and a very slow process to receive money. You will not be denied or approved until a very long application process.

    Toooooo long to service customers! Theres literally a line of peopl e here waiting for over an hour. Next time I'll do an online loan, this is simply ridiculous!

    I was personally contacted get up here and there is the rudest older lady first desk Terry sitting l had everything needed all my info...it was literally 32 min til they closed and she straight told me all l can accept is your information and you come back Tuesday and l have to work the hours they operate which was first off unprofessional and inconsiderate....3 other customers came in she jumps down their throats the same way she did me she is pleasant to sit in the front despite her experience it is above her pay rate to handle customers disrespectful the other 2 co workers was just working so nice as she beats on the company printer frustrated.
