Cash Store Chester Ctr, Chester

Been a customer for a few years now. And with that being said. Jaylyn is by far the most professional person that I have encountered while being a customer of the cash store. She is very courteous and knowledgeable. Has answered all my questions and has gone above and beyond the scope of the duties of her job to make every encounter a good experience. I would recommend any and every person I could to do business not only with the cash store but with Jaylyn.

3 weeks ago today on 7/12 I went to this store to borrow money that I was approved for online to just be told that my bank statement was two days past 30 days and that statement had the 4th of July on it so that gives me two days. Also nowhere on that website does it say your bank statement has to be within the last 30 days it says your bank account has to be open for at least 30 days! So I leave come all the way back to Fredericktown where I live got my bank statement in the mail that day went back last Saturday 7/19 to just be told our system won't validate your debit card it's reading it as a credit card NOT!!! It's a debit card not a credit card so anyway there was an issue with my card and my bank account I got it straightened out and I called there just a few minutes ago to be told I'm in the middle of doing something I don't have time to try to validate your card and that was the second call the first call I was told I'm trying to get my system to come up, in my opinion that is a sign from God not to borrow money from these people and I advise anyone and everyone that is reading this review do NOT go to the Cash Store in Chester Illinois she is lazy she does not like to do her job and her manager is just as lazy you're better off to go to Carbondale or Wood River. I will never recommend any friends or family to go to that Chester store they are horrible horrible horrible!!! I only want to give them a half a star but my phone won't allow me to do it so unfortunately I had to give them one star but know this they're not worth 1 star.

I had to change my review, ever since Erik left they are not friendly. They call and harass you everyday. My payment is due on Tuesday, I don't get paid till friday and yet they start calling me every other week on Monday and continue until friday, even after you tell them when you will be in. Not only that but it's a different person every time, so one will tell you one thing then the next person tells you something different. This is my second loan with them, the only reason I came back the second time was because I was so impressed with the customer service. They were the only loan place that treated you like a person not a paycheck. But now sad to say, they are just like the rest, once I pay this loan off I will not be back. And I will not recommend them to anyone else!

The Employee there, who manages store is A Very Nice Woman in all Catalogs. She has been of Great work and each time I've gotten a loan there, she is always Smiling. Thank You

I have absolutely no complaints about this place! They have always been so nice and patient with me and always take the time to answer all of my questions. Jaylyn has been great to communicate with and her customer service is amazing. I definitely recommend the Chester Cash store!
