When I walked in, Kelly gave me a big greeting "Welcome to the cash store!", You can tell she's very enthusiastic about her job and you can tell she loves to help people. she gave me many options to help me with what i needed, precise and to the point! She helped me make a decision and i did not look back since. I will be back to talk with Kelly soon, about more options for me!

The employees are friendly and try to do their job to the best of their abilities. However, I just got screwed out of $180 (literally could just throw it in the garbage) because you tell people their future payment amount only AFTER they refinance their loan, and because your employees cannot understand basic math. Update to the original post 8 months ago. I'll never use them again. Better to use Advance America in Middleton. Their interest is almost twice lower, and they know what they are doing.

I'm going to rate them on their actual service. Customer service here is great. Disclosures are printed and explained in full. If they don't know they ask someone in corporate in real time and in person. Read everything so it makes sense to you, and ask questions. They are very honest. These are high interest loans 401% APR to be exact. That means if I borrow $1k in 6 months I'll pay back around $2,676. So read EVERYTHING. If I take the same loan and pay it back in a week, I still pay $10/day in interest. Even one week of interest is $70. That's a lot of money when there is need. So basically, weigh out your need. Can you call your landlord, can you work with your creditor, can you borrow from your bank, can you borrow from a family member, can you be a week late..... ask questions. Don't duck your creditors. Call them and tell them your plan and see if they will be okay with it. The Cash Store provides fast, friendly service. They approve just about every loan with verified income. These are high interest loans. It may not affect your credit score but it will impact your personal finance. Make sure there is real need and a real way to pay it back EARLY. Good luck.

The ladies here are awesome! Miranda and Jennifer are probably the best two outgoing women I met in awhile in madison.. would deff recommend stopping back in and chatting it up with them. Very successful!! Great job ladies.

My representative made the entire process MUCH faster & easier to understand than I anticipated it would be. She made sure to patiently explain all of my personal options so I felt secure in my decision. I was treated me respect & kindness from start to finish so I would definitely recommend the Cash Store for anybody's short term financial needs!

A loan advance store isn't the first place you'd expect to have a great experience (kind of like the DMV) but Becky at the Cash Store will change your mind. She was very pleasant and helpful from when I called to inquire about the process and even took the time to start my application over the phone, to save me time when I came in. When I got to the store, she was fun to chat with and friendly, and made the transaction pretty seamless, and I was also able to print out the required documents there after accidentally leaving them at home. The requirements and terms are pretty standard, and yes the interest rates are pretty high (not sure what the competitive rates are). But keep in mind that you are paying for the convenience of receiving funds early or for emergencies, and if managed responsibly come in handy in a pinch. They also offer a 24 hour interest-free grace period which is nice, or even a payment plan of up to 6 months out which I would highly stay away from but might work out better depending on your situation. No one ever wants to need to take out a loan, and sometimes having to do so can be embarrassing, but Becky made the whole experience feel like a normal visit to any other bank. Highly recommend!

Kelly is awesome. Super helpful and Miranda is very knowledgeable of the process. I never have any issues coming here. It's the best cash store in town.

I'm usually leery of any place like this, but this place rocks! Becky and Caitlin spelled with a c :-) gave me all the attention and the help that I needed today! I walked in there with the jam, and walked out with a solution :-) I know people might say blah blah blah blah, but I will say Cash Store on Sherman Avenue rocks! They treat you like a human being and get you the help that you need.
