I bought a rifle from them off of Gunbroker.com. The gun would not cycle the next round. I tried several different kinds of factory ammo and the problem continued to happen. I sent the gun back to get it repaired, but they said they tried it out and nothing was wrong. Upon receiving it back, it still would not work. After contacting them again requesting a refund, they refused. What a bunch of crooks. I wouldn’t do business with them locally, and definitely not on gunbroker! They take advantage of the anonymity and the customer.

Needed some work done on my rifle and was taken care of to fullest extent! Mitchell was very informative, very nice and fair. 100% recommend this shop especially if you need your gun working right👍

Use caution when shopping here!!! Manager lied to me and showed me some mis-leading eBay pages that he had printed out before I arrived...to make an argument that my brand new Yamaha generator was worth nothing. After looking these listings up in my car, these were not credible listings. turned out that the Listings happened opposite of what he very clearly said. Yes they are in business to make money, but it also seems like they are not willing to consider being fair do you the customer . Thank you for your help as I was passing through shreveport.

Seriously this is the best pawn shop! They always give me the most amount when I compare other shops. Ask for KK! He's the manager and will fix you up! So thankful for them and helping me out!

I purchased a car hauler from Randy at Cash in a Flash in Bossier. He and his staff went above and beyond in making this transaction both fair as well as a pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend them!

Very unprofessional. Bought gun off gunbroker.com. after paying over 1600 for gun they gave me 3 different shipping dates and never sent out. After I told them I was going to report them they tried to say gun was illegal to own in MD. I contacted st police and they sent me a list of banned weapons which this gun is not on. I forward email and contacts to pawn shop and they still refused to send. To to it off they refused to refund me all the money I paid originally saying the were keeping a convenients fee. Are you kidding me. All I can say is don't do any business with them. Thief they relisted gun for higher price I was the only bidder on original auction so I got it cheaper.

Prices are way too high. The guy who worked there tried to insult me when I told them their prices where higher than normal for second hand musical equipment. He then proceeded to come out and kick my car and tell me not to come back under the promise of some threat that he would “remove me” from the parking lot.The place is run by morons who don’t know anything about what they have or what it sells for on a SECOND HAND market.

Best Pawn Shop I have ever been in! They have a huge selection of Tools, Jewelry, Appliances, and Guns! The staff are very nice and will help you with anything you need! Only Pawn Shop I go to!

It was OK not a lot of merchandise other than guns...

Sales staff are very rude n give nothing for pawn. $25 offered for a 5500 watt generator that's barely used. The older woman yells at the customers and the black guy is rude . I'm not coming back.
