They did a beautiful job with my husband’s and I anniversary gift rings. They had a nice selection and great pricing for stunning jewelry. The team has great customer service and also got our rings sized in a timely manner that we actually got our rings on our anniversary date. I would highly recommend this business.

I went in to pawn a ring and they initially offered a pretty low price, but when they noticed my disappointment they were willing to do more research on the ring and increase me loan. I highly recommend this place. They made my day, truly.

Would rate a zero if I could i bought a lawnmower today and after cutting half of my very small front yard it stopped working. Took it back to possibly trade for another working unit and I was told that they would not work with me at all. I literally had this mower for less than 30 minutes and they would not even exchange it! Totally got ripped off and the staff were very very rude. Never again!! Stay away!!!
This lawnmower was sold to Erik as a “as is” lawnmower because it is leaking and burning oil. He was told this upfront before making purchase and that “as is” items are not returnable. We were going to still do the return until he verbally assaulted a employee. Very unfair and misleading review as he was notified upfront.

Could not ask for a better experience. It was my first time doing a loan with a Pawn shop. I normally do not read reviews on business's but this place was amazing and should be rated 5 stars. They did extensive research first before offering a loan amount for the item I had and they offered me a extremely fair loan amount. They were very professional and understanding of what the item was and I was very thankful that they first did the research on the item first and took time to understand what it was.Pawn shops get a bad wrap from TV shows and some places are a hit or miss but Cash Indiana will be the only place that I will do my business at. Thank you very much guys and keep up the great work.

Most of their items are priced at or above new retail price even for things that are in rough shape. Make sure you test EVERYTHING before you leave. I got a bad HDMI cable and a PS4 controller that won't hold a charge on the same visit.
We sell a full line of New, Pre-Owned, and Refurbished video game accessories. All these products come with a 7 day return policy to ensure that they are operating properly. We only sell BRAND NEW HDMI cables that are purchased wholesale. We test all used items to the best of our abilities before they are put out for sale. As far as other items for sale we ALWAYS make sure that we look up the retail price and we resell at a much lower price usually around 50-60% of listed retail. If a customer asks for a price check we are always more than happy to double check any item to ensure it is priced correctly and below retail price. Age and condition are major factors in the resale price and we try not to take in items that we would consider "rough" as they are not resell-able. Our motto is "Buy with confidence. Try it before you buy it" but just in case we miss something there is a 7 day return with the original receipt.
