I cannot say enough good about this place. Apparently Dr Tara is/was an interior designer and it VERY MUCH shows. This facility was gorgeous. It felt like we were in a multi million dollar mansion. The best thing about this is from the moment we entered the front doors we had nothing but excellent service. Everyone was kind and supportive. Thank you all for everything. May God bless you all

Met with Dr. Jerry Cash for consultation and made a plan for my son. Arrived at the next visit to find that the plans they had were nothing like what we discussed. Instead of the removable retainer we had discussed they were putting in a permanent spacer. A total waste of two trips, as I didn't let them do anything.

Dr. Tara and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I really like how they get to know all the clients and treat them like family. They are some really great people to work with.

Cash Orthodontists is just fantastic. All 3 of our daughters have been patients. Very professional and very kind. Awesome staff!! Would highly recommend if you are in need of an orthodontist.

Dr Tara quickly identified a severe posterior tongue tie and corrected it in the office in minutes. She and her staff gave me all the time we needed to nurse and be comfortable to leave with good instructions for stretching exercises to keep the tongue growing correctly. We were encouraged to call back with any questions or concerns. Dr Tara even gave me her personal number in case we had an issue when the office was closed. It's been 3 weeks and we're very happy with our care.

Dr. Tara and the staff are absolutely amazing! I will definitely be bringing my daughters here when they are old enough!

Writing this to hopefully expose how horrible Dr. Tara is, so no one has to go through what my sister went through. My sister had a permanent retainer put on by Dr. Tara's assistant. Don't think this is appropriate. Dr. Tara should have done it herself. The assistant put cement on a tooth that caused my sister to not be able to bite down all the way. After my sister confronted Dr. Tara about the situation the next day, she embarrassed her (mind you, my sister is 21 years old) by yelling in front of at least 20 other patients. Completely unacceptable. Find another ortho! Do NOT go here!

Absolutely would recommend if you’re needing braces! The staff is so friendly and always did a good job. The appointments were always quick, & I never waited more than a couple minutes in the waiting room before they called me back. Dr. Tara is very friendly & always answered any questions I had. They’re awesome!

Went to the old location and was just glad to not have to go here anymore. Ended up by the end requesting for most people to not work on my braces for how rough and uncaring they were to me when I came alone without an adult when I was 16. Didn't care for the owner he was just as if not more rough. I didn't mind I think it was his daughter she was always kind, caring and wasn't rough at all.

Amazing group of people. Very friendly and they di great work. 2 of my children now have beautiful smiles thanks to them❤

Dr.Tara is so unkind. she is an extremely rude orthodontist who does not care about patients! The employees in her office are nice and understanding but she is NOT. I came in with an issue with my bite that they created with my retainers and she was extremely rude about it and was not helpful. I was trying to be so understanding but she was only concerned about being right in the situation. I’ve been at this orthodontist since I was young, and was sad to have such an unpleasant experience.

Cash Family Orthodontics is amazing! I was in college at Missouri State and came from St. Louis where my original orthodontist was. So being able to get in to my original orthodontist was kind of a pain while living in Springfield. Long behold I found Cash Family Orthodontics. Long story short, I have a flipper that I wear everyday due to the two adjacent teeth next to my two front teeth never coming back in after losing them as a child. Well Cash Family orthodontics came in handy so many times when my flipper would have a tooth break off which of course is the most stressful thing to happen to a young college girl. They seriously made me the most beautiful, natural looking flipper ever and even fixed my old one which they didn’t even originally make, they even did it in no time which was absolutely incredible. I couldn’t thank them enough for helping me. I would 100% recommend Cash Family Orthodontics to absolutely anyone!

I called their office on Friday morning super desperate. My 7 week old screamed pretty much all the time. She wouldn't take a paci, didn't like to be put down, never nursed for longer than 2 minutes without screaming. I finally looked at her lip on Thursday and though "maybe that's what a lip tie is". The receptionist answered the phone and was sooo nice she asked a few questions and then put us down for 11:50. THAT SAME DAY!!!!! We arrived and got checked in and waiting just a few minutes before getting taken back into a consultation room. I wish I could remember this lady's name, but she was amazing, she asked me to explain what was going on. I told her everything and she LISTENED. I never once felt rushed or that I was telling her too many things. She sat there and charted everything I was telling her. She asked a few more questions and then went over everything with me. She said the dentist would come in and evaluate the lip and tongue and then we could decide if it was something we wanted to go ahead and get fixed. She then went over how to care for the lip and tongue after the procedure, she showed me exactly how to do everything. The dentist came in and took a look at my daughter. She said she had a level 4 lip tie and a level 2 tongue tie. I told them I wanted to go ahead and get it taken care of. I filled out a couple papers and then the sweet lady took us back to a nursing room where they did all the lip and tongue tie procedures. The sweet lady swaddled my daughter and the dentist lasered off the ties. I was able to watch the whole time and they handed my baby back to me and encouraged me to nurse her right away and take as long as I needed. The dentist handed me some numbing gel and said that it was only for emergencies and only about 5 patients a year really use it. I was also given her cell number and told to call at any time with any questions at all. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cash Family Orthodontics for fixing my broken baby!!! After 7 weeks of just surviving, I am finally able to bond with my blessing of a daughter. P.s. We did not use any of the numbing gel. I did end up giving her the smallest dose of infant Tylenol later that night because she did seem like she was in pain. After that she has been totally fine. I'm writing this review on day 3 post procedure and she is latching while nursing and calmly laying on the floor and her crib cooing away!!
