The website says one thing and then when you go in the store you get told something completely different I would not refer anybody to this location. I disagree with the way the website and everything is set up and ran in that location. Only giving one star because it wont let me post my review without a star. My experience has been exceptional. Surprisingly exceptional if you Judged a book by it's cover. I assumed it was going to be a horrible experience filled with a bunch of horrible people and horrible decisions etc... etc... Instead I've developed a wonderful rapport with a wonderful staff that has nothing but my best interest at heart. Not just said to me BUT more importantly SHOWN to me every time I communicate or have an encounterl with an associate there. One employee stands out to me. Her name is Kelly. Kellie's care and compassion for people as a whole is a rare thing anymore and her drive for meeting her clients needs is beyond exceptional in my opinion. I would recommend this store and this store only because of her. Thank you Cash Country!!! thank you Miss Kelly

Mandy and Kelly are amazing ladies. These ladies are very knowledgeable and they make sure they take the time that is needed to explain everything about the loan you are requesting. They always have a smile on their faces when you walk through the door!! I will return to this location in Carthage.

If both of these lady's wasnt their I would take my business else where. The atmosphere is wonderful they dont lie to you they treat you well. THEY ARE NOT PUSH OVERS THEY ARE NOT SNOBBY THEY ARE NOT RUDE A-Holes. I respect what business they bring I respect their professionalism and I think that people should respect that.
