Great pawn shop... I always get my guns transferred to here they give me a great rate since I get so much guns sent here lol I’ve also bought guns from them and the prices are great and they’ve bought guns from me and always give me more then a fair price... This is a great place to do business I’ve dealt with all the staff and the owner there customer service skills are all excellent. This is my go to pawn shop

I’ve bought several things from here! My husband bought his PlayStation 4 from here and even though they don’t sell purses, the staff were very helpful in directing me to the right place! I’ve never had a bad experience. All of the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable! I’ll always go here! Best on I’ve been to! 10/10 would recommend!

Great place to shop, they always have good stuff and good prices. All the electronics I’ve bought still work well, and everyone who works there is very kind and will work with me and answer any questions I have about their products on sale. The owner is cool as hell too. Plus it’s the only pawn shop I like going to, and Ill keep continuing to shop there as long as I live in San Marcos.

The owners Travis and Dianne are top notch people and hire great employees. They are very fair and reasonable and shoot the truth to ya. Lots of great merchandise at the shop on aquarina springs in San Marcos. Bought my dream guitar from them at a great price. If your looking around start here and expect to come back.

I had a great experience here. I bought a vintage guitar for a great price and they even knocked a few bucks off and threw in a pair of strings. Definitely be popping in more often.

Great pawn with a good selection. Staff is very friendly, with the exception of one young short-haired male employee who makes me feel extremely unwelcome when I come in to browse. He was on his phone the whole time, gave short and disinterested answers to my questions, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I don't appreciate that kind of atmosphere. I've been here countless times and after 2 bad experiences with the employee, I won't be coming back. Otherwise, great place! UPDATE: I spoke with several of my friends who are regulars at Cash Box and asked if they were having the same experiences with the employee. On two separate occasions, they knew who I was talking about before I could even give a proper description. They agree that this young man is unfortunately not doing this business any favors.

I went in not knowing much about guitars and everyone was really helpful on picking out a guitar I was happy with. I bought a guitar from them yesterday and I got to exchange the guitar for a different one no problem. They dropped the price of the guitar I wanted by $35 no tax and threw in a guitar case free of charge really happy!
