I went here to get a loan on my PC monitor they said they can't take cause they can't sell there ok fine well why would I buy a used PC for the price I can buy a new and better one then there selling try lowering ur prices and stop price gouging in the highway robbery u might sell something

By far I am very disappointed how this establishment is ran! The people who runs the front either need some customer service training and how to greet their customers. I came by the store today seeking to sell my HP laptop bought new a couple years back for $900 but was offer $80 pretty much 5 minutes into the store. She did not explain how she got that $80 nor did she really searched about the product. Overall, I am very disappointed and I would not recommend anyone in this town to go there because that place is a complete rip off and doesn’t give that place a friendly atmosphere. If i was the person overall in charge of that place, please seek new employees who know how to run the store correctly without loosing customers. Negative -5 stars and I am never going back

Went in and bought a ps4. They didn’t turn it on for me, just sold it as a functioning system. Took it back to the hotel I’m staying at with 3 other work colleagues, it didn’t work. Gave me an error code that said the hard drive was bad. I called the next day, (today) they said if I didn’t buy the warranty then all sales are final. This place is a joke. What type of pawn shop doesn’t check to see if their equipment works? They’re scamming people. Don’t go here.

Lazy staff. They wouldn't stay 2 minutes after closing to let my background check go through when I was trying to purchase a rifle. If it were me I'd be happy to work a tiny bit longer to make the customer happy

My name is Nathan Clarke, I am part of the new management team here at Superpawn. In past years this store received a lot of complaints about its customer service. Well we realize that there was a problem, and we have worked very hard in recent months to change our service. A lot of other pawn shops claim to "Loan the most" but that is just not true. We have always given more than any other pawn shop in southern Arizona for gold and most anything else, in fact we promise to loan out more than our competitors, just bring us their offer and we will beat it. So please stop by THEIR stores and check them out, then come on by our store, you will see that we have superior prices, a cleaner location and an honest, transparent process.

horrhorrible they lost my laptop, Just Gone an and I had to pay 200 to get now one from them should of been an even swap they offer 5$ for Everythin bro brought in So they can kee the Items and pay only 5$1 for it for themselves why they don't have anything but brokenStuff

I called about a blender and a crock pot that I had received as gifts and the person I spoke to said to bring them in and they would help me. I came in and they wouldn't take them because they was not open, I was told that if they are sealed they give more but the person named Ozzy got a smug attitude with me and told me they never take unopened items which is a lie they have taken unopened things before. He went on to tell me he needed a receipt in order to take them for a loan, I had never been told that in all my years of dealing with Super Pawn. This place has nothing but attitude and staff who know nothing about value if items.

If I could have written this review and not given a star, I would have. I took a 14K white gold ring into the store and the guy working there was the rudest pawn shop employee I have ever spoken to. I explained to him that my mother had given the ring to my girlfriend and I to get rid of for extra money in case we needed it since we just moved here from Arkansas. He said he could not take it unless my mother was there and I even offered to call her since he obviously did not believe me. I wouldn't recommend anyone giving them any business and hopefully they will either hire new employees that have basic human skills or shut the place down permanently. Possibly the worst pawn shop in the United States.

Literally right when you walk in there attitude shows the minimum wage .I get it some people give you trouble but they really need to step up their customer service skills. Atleast pretend to be nice , or they cant do that ? Sorry but the price is ok not alright and the service they give is discriminatory.

I don’t know if it’s a yuma thing, but the people that work there are so unprofessional and rude that no one should even give them business. There system is down and they play games. Called to check if the system was back up and they sarcastically said “it comes and goes “. I’ve been to this same pawn shop in Phoenix and they want business. These people are flat out lazy !!! I will be contacting their corporate office about this Yuma location. They should not be paying lazy employees who do not want to work. Get rid of them and hire a new staff that wants to move around.
