This place does their absolute best to give you the least amount of money they can. Often to the point of being insulting. They care not for customer service satisfaction nor do they care to be of any help to the community in any capacity. The opposite is true in fact. They suck as much value out of the populace as possible while paying the minimum. All the while lying about what they would sell an item for in order to pay the least themselves. Come back 2 months after and you'll find the article priced 2 or 3 times higher than they told you. Discusting people

Seems like a pretty common occurrence here, but I too stood around for 10-15 minutes at the front desk waiting to be helped. ONE other customer was in store other than myself while 4 people stood at the end of the counter laughing and hee-hawing. Made eye contact with at least 2 of them and still nothing. Not going beg these people to sell me a couple hundred bucks worth of stuff. Def will never do business there again.

I have been using this shop for years! Love the people, though they can be a little too friendly which can make things take a little longer than usual! I have bought several items there, ranging from jewelry to guns, and am satisfied with all transactions! I have also had to use them a few times to pawn things, and they were always fair with what they gave!

Disappointed! I went to the store and spotted a MacBook Air, the purchase in store day was September 2017. So it was there OVER a year! My father and I brought it to the counter and planned to purchase, but then they told us “I’m not sure we can honor this price because of how much we put in it”. Then went to check with the manager, who never came out from the office, just to come back and said it’s been electronically retagged and WILL not honor the price on it. Pretty disappointed that even tho they set out a product then allow it to age and dive down in price, will NOT sell it honorably. Please next time if you don’t wanna sell it for what you put in it, then don’t mark that on the tag

Absolute worst customer service. The location in Maryville has the rudest manager and staff I've ever encountered. Lord help them if they have to get up off their bum and help a customer.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable. Sold me a 26" TV/computer monitor that works well and cost a fraction of what I'd have to pay elsewhere. It's a pawn shop, and they are skilled at reselling used stuff. Yes they make a profit, and you probably could get "ripped off", but that's up to me to be sure I know what I'm buying and what it's worth. I'm going back again, and understand the risks and the benefits. While I don't have to buy there, I think they are fair.

I have bought several things here, and always have a good experience. They actually threw a more expensive item than I actually purchased in for free yesterday. How cool was that???? Awesome people. 5 star all day.

Very rude asked me to leave the store. I went in to buy games lots of games. Women came over was acting like she was tired or in bad mood. I said some of the discs have deep scratches she looked on the disc said there wasn't scratches. She continued to be rude and argumentative Told her I was gonna stand there and argue with her I'd like somebody else to wait on me. Guy came over there being rude told him I wanted a manager said he wasn't going to put Up with me told me to leave. I aked him what I done I'm just trying to buy games. Just trying to buy an item and someone to wait on me: WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Worse customer service Ive dealt with especially if you black
