The staff are always courteous and helpful. Store is clean and organized. Would give 5 stars but the prices sometimes for a pawn shop Re too high. I've bought things from them that I find out later are only a couple dollars shy of buying that item brand new without having to pay for a warranty.

Yes sometimes things may move a little slow in this place. But they are doing the best they can. Each customer is very different, some take longer then others. As a customer, when i have questions I don't like being rushed. Thanks guys for all you do, great job

I have recently moved here to the surrounding neighborhood and the customer service there is outstanding I felt like a regular since the first time I went in. The manager Roberta and her staff are very professional the store is very well organized and very clean. The first thing that I noticed was the store aroma upon entering the store a very good subtlsubtle smell of a vanilla aroma. I will continue to purchase items from this store and will recommend to all my family and friends! -Ruben C

Seem okay, not really good at testing metals, had a 14kt, said was 10kt, it was brand new in box, with all specs from a reputable dealer, had every detail listed on paperwork, kinda surprised me, I tested myself, used same tools as store, is 14kt, and verified by a couple jewelers, gotta know your metal testing to a T, in this business!!! However, pretty good customer service, at times slow....i may return, idk!!!!

Called up there and spoke to someone and was told they would give $3 for bluray dvds so I went straight up there just to be told my their rude ass manager that the $3 wasnt accurate that its only $1 and continued to make it seem like I wasnt just given that information not even 15 minutes prior. The service was sorry and I wont be going back. Never had anything but trouble with this place.

Very rude staff this store carry’s nothing but junk and said my items are too nice for there store and wonders why they can’t get rid of anything

Took a gold rope necklace in and it was tarnished because the employee did not know how to properly test it! They poured the acid directly onto the chain! So after calling to speak with the owner to find out how this was going to be resolved I was told he was not in several times. I left my info several times and finally after 2 weeks I had to call them again and I was told to come in funny how the owner was there and yet couldn’t call me!! Ridiculous customer service. Owner does not care enough to get involved much less be at work during working hours. I will never go there again nore will I ever recommend anyone to go there and bring them business!!

Went in and as always was very patient with the long wait time. However this time a firearm I bought didnt work after taking it to the range I paid 599 dollars for this pistol and expected it to be in operable condition. Called the store and talked to valerie (the nicest pawn broker you'll ever deal with) and she told me after talking to the DM they could only give me half of what I paid. I will not buy another firearm from this store. I recommend pawn lubbock for your firearms same thing happened there and I was given a full refund.

I had a brand new still in box with receipt 4k Ultra hd security system that is worth over $400+ and they offered me "The most is $80". Ofcourse I didn't take it but sure did give me a good laugh. Thanks for nothing First Cash! Never gonna waste my time here again, I advise other's not to waste there time also.

I bought a tv from there and it wasn’t on or tested before I bought it. I took it home to realize it doesn’t work and because I didn’t purchase the warranty I’m stuck with a $300 tv that doesn’t work.
