Cash-a-Check N Main St, Norwalk

I have come here often over the last 3 years to cash personal & business checks and I literally go no where else! They really do have the best service and nicest people. Bob & Dwight are great, the ladies behind the counter are always knowledgeable and helpful. Banking transactions are always on a case by case basis, so I appreciate when they look out for me and tell me if something doesn't look right in terms what I'm bringing to them. So no complaints here!

I went in with 2 of my coworkers to cash our checks. The owner named Bob was very rude off the bat. They called our boss and were asking him questions they were not even suppossed to ask. Our IDs matched the name of our checks and we even were wearing shirts with our company name. At the end they didnt cash our checks i felt like the owner Bob was Racist. First and last time i go there.

I had a great experience at this business. Bob was wonderful and I enjoyed talking to him. They are top notch. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

They were very rude when I went there the first time,asking to many personal questions, and their demeanor was very negative from the time I walked in, the owner came to assist his teller, and was very disrespectful I even recorded the conversation, honestly I feel like they discriminate whoever they choose to on random, with thier own personal assumptions like we’re criminals, trying to cash a stolen check, being in uniform doesn’t even help the weirdos either!

This place is great ... never had a problem ... and the tellers are respectful. I live about a half a mile away and I western union there all the time

Workers there are skeptical for no reason. it’s annoying how I decided to waste my time going there trying to cash a check from my job. Went to a different location and was able to cash my check with no problems took about 2-3 minutes. Terrible customer service and very inexperienced workers who ask you unnecessary questions that have little to none to do with you simply cashing your check. For once in my entire life I’ve witnessed racial profiling firsthand. How is this place still running?

This place sucks i was trying to cash a Money order and this guy called and confirmed with Moneygram the money order was fine and he comes up to me saying that "They are very concern about this transaction and starts asking personal questions after that tells me to leave" I went to cash the money order in a different location and i took me less than 5 mins. I felt that i was treated as a criminal for the first time in my life. Again this places sucks DO NOT GO THERE.

Went for the first time today and the all process wen perfectly in 3 min to cash out my check so definitely i will recommend this place the lady working there and the owner was super cool

Very nice people, from start to finish, Dwight is a true gentleman & he brought his son (and dog) the right way!!!

They wouldn't cash my check because I was from Stratford and rudely told me to leave. I felt like i was treated like a criminal for no reason.
