Casey County Bank Wallace Wilkinson Blvd, Liberty

Idk about the liberty branch, but the crab orchard branch is about as sorry as they come. I made a report of a wrongful debt charge where account and routing infromation. Stemming from a check. Well they would even investigate the suitation. Under certain laws I had 60 days to file a complaint,they was supposed to look into it. That's was a joke, and I know entitled to their opinion. But I'm not only one that this happens to at this bank. I strongly advise talking to poeple who has had dealing with this bank before deciding to use it

Very disappointed in the way I had a loan handle try to contact someone how I was treated but no call back. away try to keep everything in the town but end up going to PBK Bank Stanley was very helpful

I applied for a refinance loan at the end of March of 2021. Submitted 3 years of Tax returns as I am self employed. Loan officer called me 2 weeks after everything was submitted said i was approved for a in house ARM loan. Wasnt happy bout the ARM loan but I knew I could pay it off before the 5yr arm started. I accepted and proceded with the appraisal. House appraised for 3x the money needed for refi. Ive owned my home for 21 years. Loan officer called with great news everything was going great should look to close by end of July.Couple text messages assuring me closing would be the next week everything was going great.July I get a call my loan officer quit that my file was given to another loan officer. This less experienced loan officer contacted me a few days later to inform me she had denied the loan for inadquate income. Yesterday I closed 2 loan accounts and a checking account from Casey county bank. Had the pleasure of being talked down to by said loan officer again while i was there closing these accounts. Ive attached pics of my conversation with my first more experienced loan officer. My situation has been resolved thats how i was able to pay off 2 notes yesterday. Thank you Justin Pointer at PBK The ideolgy of this bank, if you know the right person or you got the right last name they can help you. I appreciate the first loan officer for the effort he made in seeing it to the point of closeing. Second loan officer didnt seem to concerned about loosing my business. Happy to see Liberty has more options for people with banking needs.
