Working with Matt and his team at Cascadia was hands down the best decision we made in the home buying process. They were professional, attentive, trustworthy and easy to work with. We are first time home buyers and ended up in a complicated and lengthy closing process that I am absolutely sure would have fallen through if it were not for Matt. With all the things to worry about when buying a home, our mortgage broker was not one of them. I cannot recommend them enough!

Matt and his team were very helpful during our exploration of options for a refinance of our mortgage. Very quick response and turn around time when getting us the various quotes we were interested in. Would definitely recommend giving them a call for your mortgage needs!

She did an amazing job helping us get into our first home and was always willing to help on the weekends and after hours. She is very responsive when you need to ask a question. It is so refreshing to find a company that keeps their word... I know it sounds impossible especially anywhere near the real estate industry. I had so many issues trying to get approved for anything and Matt tackled them one at a time and always returned my calls and shot straight with me. I'm now in a position to buy a house!!!!
