My wife and I have used Cascade twice now. We are way more than pleased with them. The attention to detail is incredible. We never had anyone treat us with nothing but respect. They are very informative and attentive to your needs. We dealt with many different people that worked with cascade, but two of them stand out the most. Cindy Prater, and Mary Larivee did an amazing job. I couldn’t have ask for anyone better then them two. Very top notch, and because we are so pleased with them. We would and will recommend cascade to anyone. Also, even though she doesn’t work at cascade anymore. I can’t forget Misty Sharp. She helped us on our first loan through cascade and she also did an awesome job. I have nothing bad to say about cascade. Thank you very much Cascade!!!

I have found the responsiveness of Cascade to be very quick and professional. The document process was tricky due to the VA loan requirements but the staff adeptly assisted in meeting all the requirements in a timely manner. In the case of a manufactured home construction loan I would recommend.

Working with Kelly King at Cascade was a walk in the park. He made everything very easy and was always updating up along the way. We would recommend anyone to this company. Great service all the way around!

Had a great experience (once we found home salesperson help us) starting with Greg Sager and finishing with Ruth Roths, and anyone else that had a hand in it . Had more interaction with Ruth and she was quick to respond to any communication very quickly. She went above and beyond to get our closing quickly.

Absolutely awful experience. Auston was my loan officer and he would not talk to me, explain anything, answer questions. He would not call me back, I may get a bland text back after two or three days of wondering about my questions or concerns. Even then, still would actually get my questions answered. We had made it through preunderwriting and were approved, everything seemed fine, then suddenly 14 days before closing, I was told the down payment and closing went up by thousands of dollars with no explanation, and then was completely ghosted 10 days before closing. No calls back, no texts, even the realtor couldn't get a hold of him, when 3 days before we were set to close in two weeks. That ended in never being able to contact him, the sellers getting upset and us having to move to the only house we could find to rent in a week. They completely screwed us and if they would have just told us there was an issue, we could have planned accordingly. Go with literally anyone else.

Their team did an amazing job. We had every possible hoop known to man to jump through during our entire journey for our home purchase and this company is nothing short of amazing. Jenee was FABULOUS and was on speed dial (all day, every day) for any questions or concerns we had through the ENTIRE process. We are forever thankful and grateful for the time and efforts that were invested into our loan process. If you want a processor who will treat you like family and go above and beyond look no further. This company did what another company could not and it allowed us to close on our dream acreage in central Florida. You wont regret working with Jason, Jenee, and the Cascade team. Jenee, we owe you the biggest thank you for making this all possible... truly!

A VA backed refi of a rural/remote manufactured home on acreage, is probably not an endeavor undertaken by most people. Lots of hoops to jump through but Cascade got the job done for us. It wasn't closed in record time but unforeseen circumstances were mitigated in a most professional manner by our processor.

Cascade has been a blessing to my family and I i loved working with Devin Warner he is so nice and helpful and returned all missed calls but also answered most of the time I would call with questions and yes I have had plenty of questions and phone calls so thanks Devin and the whole team at Cascade

Go with any other lender you can. They are the absolute most incompetent financial lender in the country. No one is actually managing this company and the csr reps and account managers know as much as you do about your account. No calls back. No email responses back. They're on the verge of a major class action lawsuit.

On the website they state that anyone asking for COVID 19 mortgage forbearance under the CARES act, must fill out a lengthy form explaining why they have a hardship. According to the actual law, this is absolutely illegal!

I applied for mortgage assistance with cascade because I have been struggling financially lately as a lot of us are . I applied over a month ago and never heard not a single response back . Last week I had called and spoken to a very nice lady and said there shouldn’t have been any reason why I haven’t heard back and I turned in all the paper work I was supposed to , she tried to get someone to help that worked that department but no one was there so she told me to call back this week . Well when I called this week I spoke to a different agent I believe her name was Jen or Jennifer she had given me a completely different response says she she doesn’t see anything now I turned in which is funny because why did the other person I spoke to see it . Then she said well it looks like there is a notice there was some missing paper work and it’s been passed 30 days so you would need to submit a new application anyway. Ok so first she doesn’t see anything at all then she sees a note saying there is missing paperwork when I know I turned everything in it doesn’t make sense . Anyway I said I never got a notice about that . I asked why has it taken more than 30 days to get back to me then if something was in fact missing . Her response was well your not the only person we have to help . I am aware of that but if I ever gave that response to a customer they would immediately be calling corporate or wanting to speak to my manager . She could of responded with let me see what I can do or I apologize it’s taking so long . Not a back handed smart response like that is disrespectful when all I’m trying to do is get some help to pay the mortgage which you guys said you can possibly provide .

With everything being online due to covid it made the process easy to upload and sign documents. He was very patient when it came to gathering all documents needed. James beanblossom is a lier he wants to raise you rates even after telling what it was a week before he will give B.S. reason that isn't valid and declining your loan, I see that as disloyal, taking advantage of, and a horrible representation of the company.
