I purchased a home because a great deal fell in my lap and my apt. lease was ending. Timing was tight. Usually there's always some hang up in the process- but Austin and Kody made sure it was a seamless transition. It closed on time and the loan product was perfect for my needs! Cascade so far has been great with us, biggest pro was the communication, I was able to email pretty much daily and keep in contact with them from the prequalifcation to the closing. I think the biggest con was the fact that we feel we where mislead on the time frame it would take to complete the financing. before we started our build we where told 3 weeks from start to finished and the financing was 3 months alone, as well as they had to run our credit twice when they said it would not be an issue. Also changed our rate that we where told was "locked in." very disappointing in that regarde. I gave three starts due to the communication was the best part of dealing with Cascade, but I wish I was able to give more but cant due to the issues we had.

I was looking for the lowest rate for my manufactured home. Found Cascade online. They were wonderful! Always responded quickly, even to my crazy questions. Very friendly. I handle sales at my community and I recommend Cascade to all of our future home buyers.

Everything went pretty smooth. I think the one thing that would be helpful is an entire list of all inspections, termite, well water, survey, appraisal and so on at the very beginning so you can plan on the cost as those are out of pocket and need to be done in order to get the loan approved. It was difficult to scrap that up at the last minute and not to mention getting them scheduled quick enough. Besides that the team there at Cascade worked very hard to get everything done on their end and keep me in the loop as to what I had to do.

Cascade was very professional, great with communication, and was available every time I had questions. They were excellent to work with and you could tell they actually cared about the customer! Thank you Cascade! Highly Recommended!

This business is the best to finance your home! Our loan officer, Amber worked real hard to get our loan closed in less than 30 days and she succeeded!! They definitely deserve above a 5 star rating!!!

Most of the time everyone is very helpful and answers any questions we have regarding our loan. The past couple weeks we have been calling regarding our escrow and we have gotten a woman named Amy and she is no help and comes off rude or if she doesn’t understand the questions being asked. It’s very frustrating and I’ve had to call back and after getting someone else they are very polite and willing to help which I appreciate but takes up more time. One negative person can ruin a whole experience in my opinion.

The process was relatively easy, long but easy. Multiple things were needed for a chattel loan and there had been some issues with loosing things in translation. Nothing that couldn't be fixed easily. Overall the loan process may have been long and tedious but we got a really good interest rate for a chattel loan. The down payment could have been better but understandable with the situation of where the house was going to sit.

I absolutely loved my entire experience with cascade!!! I worked with a Brittani Stakes and a Lisa Lawler and when I say they were absolutely amazing! They handled my loan with true intentions on making sure my family had a home! I would recommend cascade to anyone I come across!! I Thank GOD for placing me on the path to Cascade financial!!!

My experience with Cascade has been very pleasant. All their personnel have been very courteous, and extremely helpful. The only negative in the entire process is that the terminologies used are sometimes confusing, because of the differences between the two states. It would be great if Cascade could study up on NC documentation and terminologies, so as to eliminate confusions in the process, with the buyer, the dealership, and the attorney. Other than that, it has been a relatively painless process. I look forward to future dealings with this group.
