Long story short, after spending all day yesterday looking for a car me and my wife were about to give up; when I stumbled across Carz4us listing of a similar car we were looking for. Best decision we’ve ever made when it comes to dealerships. Their team got us in and out within the same hour we arrived. A special thanks to our salesman Ali he was up front and got us the best deals that other dealerships couldn’t. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for your car.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The atmosphere, the staff, and the great communication. I'm writing two different reviews because these two guys deserve it! Moose was my car salesman, he made me feel welcomed, showed me all the cars I was interested in. As a women I didn't feel pressured, and asked him all the questions I had. He was very patient while I looked at the car and made my decision. Overall, I would recommend Moose if you're looking for a car. My second review is for Mo the finance super star! He made it happen, very knowledgeable, didn't waste our time and gave me my dream car. It was more like catching up with a friend than buying a car. I communicated with the whole staff here and there, and everyone was so nice and welcoming. This place takes buying a car to a whole other level. It's such a stressful process to buy a car, and this staff knows exactly what to do to take the stress off of you. VERY IMPORTANTLY, probably one of the fastest process to buying a car ever experienced. Didn't waste a whole day at a dealership, I was done in about 3 hours.

I am a return customer bought a car couple years back and now for my son. What an amazing group of people with very well put together team, it was good but now even better. They are friendly and professional from setting up my appointment to signing the paperwork and everything in between, I had a great experience. Worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Do not trust them. Go to an actual dealership. THEY SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN CUT COMMUNICATION. Charged me for a bogus warranty which voided within 500 miles ????????? That’s a weeks worth of driving to work for me. Do not trust them. Scammed me out of thousands. And had many issues with the car which they held no liability for. After a day from purchasing the vehicle. Do not trust them.

I spoke with Elieny ( the blonde girl ) upon arrival. She was beyond fantastic from the beginning. Her energy was exuberant and she was so cheerful. Honestly creating a positive car buying experience and I HATED SHOPPING for a car! No gimmicks, very honest, transparent, straight forward, and professional. I can say this was honestly why I did business here. SHE WAS THE BEST! I highly recommend her and the establishment on how they are conducting business.

Absolute scam beware they post a price online and then when you get there they want to add over $2,000 in fees and want to charge you $2,000 in warranty that does not apply to the vehicle. I totally understand paying taxes and registration new title fee's but other special fees paperwork Etc special services all this paperwork they want to charge you just to rip you off. And then on a 2010 car want to sell you a warranty that wouldn't cover the car because it's over 10 years old. A warranty that would go after the car's warranty but wouldn't work because of his age to scam beware!!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. Sales rep hung up with me multiple times, and was rude over the phone. Its the “dealers sales model” that they WILL NOT disclose dealer fees (documentation fees, state fees) or anything over the phone. I’m not driving 4+ hours, to “find out” what dealer fees you have. Sales rep would bot disclose any specific information about the vehicle, only said “come see it in person”. I have called 3 separate times as I was extremely interested, but each rep said the same thing. Its an extremely poor business model, and they are doing a disservice to them selves, and the customer. I would have bought the vehicle in an instant if they would just disclose the costs, I'm not even wanting to negotiate them.

Mo and the rest of the team where very polite and attentive. They never rushed me and accommodated all my needs . I totally recommend Carz4US. Go see Mo, tell them “mark” the Italian sent you!

I do not recommend to work with this dealer ship at all. They are not serious business, they’ll just take your money and will never answer you again. I’ve been calling them for 7 months to get title and every time they saying “ we will get back to you” and no one is calling me back

I went to CARZ4US to buy my daughter for her first car. 2013 Honda Civic was a great choice. We bought the car in August and waited to leave review now. They handled everything for us very professionally. Very honest business practice.

I stumbled across this dealership while I was looking at others in the area. They have a decent selection of vehicles, I got very lucky as I was about to walk out when Sal (one the employees) drove in with a Lexus RX350 2010 model. It was very nice but it did have quite a few miles on it. Anyways after test driving the car it felt like a brand new car, therefore, I decided to purchase it. Sal told me he is letting it go to me for $12k since I am already here, he said he hasn’t even listed the car yet and when he does he’d list it for $13k/$14k. I tried to get it down some more but he wasn’t budging but $12k was understandable. After purchasing it he even connected me with an insurance broker who acquired a really good deal on full coverage for me free of cost. In the end, I was glad to walk away with a good car and a satisfactory experience from Sal. Will definitely head back to CARZ4US if I find something eye catching amongst their selection.

I just bought my Honda Accord from them and I had a great experience buying! I made an appointment to check out my Accord at right before they closed and they were still so nice and willing to help despite it being almost closing time. Sal took care of all of my paperwork and buying process, and it was so quick and easy! Moose also assisted me, coming along on the test drive. If I could give half of a star I would!!!!!😡😡 I called this dealership and asked if the Infiniti I saw online was available. Sal said yes! I explained to him that I had been to five other dealers And when I got there the car was unavailable and they tried to sell me another car. He assured me that the car was there and that they do not do that to their customers. I asked him to take my number down and call me if anyone comes in to buy the car. I am on my way. I also explained to him that my drive was a 2 Hour Drive Please call me if anything changes. I am driving a large SUV that requires a lot of gas and I would be paying tolls to get there. He assured me that he would call me. I pulled up two hours later and I noticed the car outside on the street. I went in asked about the vehicle and of course they were selling it. I said why would you call me so I didn’t have to take this long trip. The papers were in his hand for the car and they were signed the deal was finished so that meant he had enough time to call me. They will never get my business and they are not trustworthy to their customers. You have to be able to trust the dealership you buy your car from because if there’s any problem with that vehicle you need to know that they will cover it. I have purchased many cars and never experienced this. please beware. What bad customer service. No apology! He just said I forgot to call you. I was busy. Wow!

I would definitely recommend this dealer we worked with Ali, he was great ,patience, all around nice guy, let us test drive everything we wanted without pressure ended up buying a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 love the truck! Ali helped me with finance got a good deal and warranty. Had a couple of issues with truck after I bought it Ali took it back and fixed the issues promptly without question or cost great service.. I am very happy with the truck and the whole experience Note: People if your buying a used car or truck and they offer a warranty spend the extra$$ for the peace of mind and any unforseen circumstances it's a no brainer give these guys a shot ..Came from N. Y. to make this purchase after being jacked around by a few dealers over here definitely more affordable then N. Y. Worth the trip..

My girlfriend purchased a car here a few months ago. This dealer charges an additional $2,000 in what they label as “OTHER FEES” on top of the car price after factoring in title, registration and sales tax fees. Loan originator fees, registration and sales tax are common and understandable as most dealerships charge this but be prepared for them to charge you another 2 grand in “OTHER FEES.” On top of that they will force you to purchase an extended warranty and will even go as far as saying the bank will not approve your loan if you don’t purchase the extended warranty. This is completely false and is fraud for misleading the customer. They also commit false advertisement. The price on their website according to AL and Mo is the “Cash Price.” So basically if the car says $7,000 on the site, once you get there it will cost $10,000 and this is before they factor in taxes and OTHER FEES. My girlfriend seen a car for $,8000 and after they were done adding ridiculous fees and extended warranties the total was $15,000. I would stay clear of this dealership at all cost. Her car also began to have check engine signals a month after purchasing and we we’re told by the mechanic the dealer reset the dash lights so it wouldn’t show when we purchased. Every time we call now AL and MO refuses to take our calls and blame my girlfriend for not properly taking care of the car and the extended warranty we purchased doesn't cover the cost of repairs. Complete fraudsters.

I do not recommend doing business with this dealership I had the complete worst experience here and was forced to file a lawsuit against them. My car loan was returned to the dealer because they forgot to have me sign an electronic signature and wanted me to lie to the finance company and tell them I did when I in fact never signed any electronic signature. When the finance company ask me I told them no and they said I had to go back to the dealer to complete this step. The dealer then called me and told me to come in to sign another document I believed was the electronic signature. When I got there they told me I had to return the car and they were keeping my down payment for “WASTING THEIR TIME.” This was their exact words. They then tried to blame me saying the bank couldn’t verify my income. When I called the bank they said they verified my income and even addressed my boss by his first name saying they spoke to him. I had the car for less than a week. If the car was returned so should my down payment but these shady people stole my down payment all because they were mad I didn’t lie to the financing company about signing an electronic application. My lawyer will be suing them for my down payment and treble damages for misrepresentation and consumer fraud.

I will highly recommend this car dealer place. Very nice people and they make sure you leave the car lot with a car.

After doing my some research, I found this used car lot and it ended up working out for me. I could be misspelling his name wrong but Moose was very helpful. Very patient and breaks down all the fees for you. Highly recommend you use their services in purchasing a vehicle.

Bought a 2010 Honda Civic that I was told is in great condition and it appeared to be. The next day the check engine light came on and I took it to a local shop. Turned out to be a bad Catalytic converter as well as a bad Alternator. Very disappointing. Update: I reached out with my problems and was given a shop in Paterson to have the issues resolved at for no charge. Thank you very much.

AVOID CARZ4US LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! No deal is worthy the hassle from this unscrupulous outfit. I have engaged at attorney, am working with the attorney general Matt Platkin to bring an action against them and the state licensing bureaus are also getting involved. None of this was necessary and really inexplicable. I bought a car at CARZ4Us in early March 2022. As of June, I have not received the title. What’s worse, they have trained the phone reps to be unfailingly polite, but give no information and no explanation. They do promise track down what’s happened and to call back in 10-15 minutes. This does not happen.

Lied about having a car on the phone. Made me drive 2 hours each way. As I was looking at other cars on the lot some racist Indian sales guy ordered my black friend to move his car and leave because he didn't know that we were together. Don't buy that Hyundai Veloster. I suspect it has saltwater flood damage.

It was 1 2 3 I came in with my pre-approval, I liked the BMW Truck and the way it drove they took a lil money off the top and I went home with it....

Went here yesterday to look at a vehicle with my husband Danny. we got to test drive it on the highway and look it over right away. No pressure to purshese the vehicle. Manny even gave a chance to look for other vehicles to make sure we were100 percent happy with our choice. He fixed the minor repairs and we got to drive away within the hour. I found Manny and his place on Google.....no regrets! My son was looking for his first car and Manny and his team really went above and beyond to satisfy us. His selection in our price range was comforting, and we found a Mazda that suited my son perfectly. Upon picking up the car, they noticed that the battery was not up to par, so Manny went and got us a brand new one on the spot! These guys are the best on the strip. They are about their customers and their cars. I brought my mechanic with me. Plugged up the car to make sure it was good. Then we drove it off the lot. I've had the car for 3 weeks now. No issues. Will recommend.
