Very poor customer service. Head’s up to anyone thinking of pawning any electronics here: recently went in to purchase a device that was not factory reset. Employee told me “that’s how we do it” when I explained that it should have been reset/all previous owner’s info deleted once it became theirs to sell. She didn’t seem to understand. Not a great way to protect your customers. Ended up buying a system somewhere else bc it wasn’t worth the hassle here.

Because a me Charles V. Davis, took my with out me Know what that is man and girlfriend sell my truck to them and then they sold it to and I never was not able to get it they are dirty!!!!! And I even called them and told them that that truck was stolen and they're going to care and so are they!!

Came today !!! look at boat!!! nobody said anything when I walk in just look at me was looking to buy it they was to busy talking with there buddy at work and not helping me so Walked out !!!! I have to give them 4 stars due to them being close to my area. Its like a 7 minute drive from where I live. Any problems??? Talk to Matt. He's awesome. When I need a few bucks he has always been my go to.
