Honestly the worst experience of my life! Carlos lied as soon as my boyfriend purchased the car! The car had a engine light so we asked about it being concerned. he said they’ll run the codes okay.. Carlos and the mechanic said it was the 02 sensor and it was good to drive home. we live about an hour away. The car barely even made it. It was making noises wouldnt get up to speed and it had a flashing engine light. i took it to auto zone to get the codes ran and it was like 3 more codes they lied to us again. They have the car currently and said their fixing it and told me they had the parts ready to fix !!! well now apparently they couldn’t get it and had to send our 2012 kia to a kia dealership to get repaired. I wouldnt recommended this to anyone. HORRIBLE experience. The whole car could’ve blown up. honestly just tired of getting lied to.

Don't buy from this dealer, I went to see a ford f150 and he lied the car was old all broken inside no inspection i made a deposit of 500$ and he didn't give me the money he blocked me and deleted the truck from the market place.

Their pricing is purposely deceptive. The website mentions a "loyalty fee". It's nothing to do with loyalty, it's just an excuse to tack $1,000 onto the listed price, along with a $500 document fee. So whatever price they have on their website, add $1500 bucks.

WARNING….. SCAMMERS…. DO NOT WASTE YOU'RE TIME!!! Went to look at a vehicle asked for the cash price, well hold on to your wallet because the internet price does not include the 2800 in added fees!!! I asked what are the added fees the first fee was a 1000k loyalty fee, what is a loyalty fee I asked? Because we change the oil and brakes??!!!!! 1000k for an oil change and brakes!!!!! I had to laugh! Also a 900 dollar 90 DAY warranty, asked if they would repair the cracked tail light with this warranty, no the car is as is !!!!!! These people are crooks!!! Do not waste your time!! If I could leave a no star review I would because they don’t even deserve the one star!!!! Make sure you read the reviews from actual people not the fluffed reviews from their friends and family!

Went In to see a Lexus is 250 2011 that was listed with 52001 miles only to be shown same car for 79000 miles. First warning . Then when told price was 2800 more than online price. 2nd warning. Then I'm told by Carlos that my 900 warranty is good for 3 months and a requirement of bank. 3rd warning I ran out of there. They prey on people that are desperate for a vehicle who will ignore they're outrageous fees.

This place is a joke. Found out that they had my plates for 2 days and I had to call to get an update. I paid for maintenance to be done on the car that was wrapped into the purchase price but when I told them I didn’t have time to get it done since they didn’t want to give a time frame I was told that they wouldn’t give back the money. I sat for almost an hour just to pick up my plates and the people in the front office to just sit there watching a YouTube video and the other was playing on his phone and never called or texted to let the back office know that I was picking up plates. Avoid this place! If you do buy a car from here get the repairs done else where

Horrible place. He had a posted a car for 4600, I went in and he added so much nonsense by the end the total was like 8000. And he wanted like 4k down lol. $900 3month warranty that I didn’t want and he would not remove. If looking at a car here automatically add like 4k to listed price before wasting your time driving there.

Purchased a car, forced to purchase a warranty. Now : Heat, inop, radio was fixed, bad shocked. ( States bad tires ) waited. Week still no heat. Taking car to Ford. Then going to small claims court, and calling the BBB. Yes this Co is that BAD. Many other places that are true and want your business. NOT CARR AUTOMOTIVE
