Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union US, Little River

Very rude teller. Will not go back to the Little river branch . 1602 hwy 17 again. I was really surprised with the attitude of that one person. Ladder today I was contacted from another office from Carolina Federal trust. The representative expressed there concerns. I thought that I was going to get ( I am sorry this happened and that would be the end of it).But they went much further and was willing to do whatever it took for me to be satisfied. It made me feel a lot better that they were really concerned and would do anything they could to make me happy. It is amazing what the actions of what one employee can do to make a problem then another one have to work so hard to correct things.

If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Kathy at the Little River branch was less than pleasant to deal with. This place is a joke!

Applied online for a small auto loan. Brittney from the little river office responded quick and courteously. She expedited the loan fast so I could get my car. Would recommend anyone go to that branch and speak with her!!!

The manager Tim, the clerks/tellers are all great at this Credit union. I've been a member here for a long time now and no matter whether I go to the main office or a branch or my branch in Little River I get great service. Thanks to everyone for doing such a good job, being professional and treating the customer with the upmost respect. Thanks Jim

We have always experienced outstanding customer service at Carolina Trust FCU! The staff at the Little River location are always friendly and patient with questions! We have been members for almost a year now, and highly recommend them to all!!!

Worst experience ever! A 1 star rating is too good for this place. Should be -5 rating. It cost $25 per person to open an account and then charged a $10 fee to close account. We closed account due to poor customer service. One way or another, they were going to screw us out of some money. It took an act of congress to even open an account! They don’t care about the customer! While I was closing my account, another customer came in and wanted to withdraw some cash, but was told they could not take out more than $500. They claimed to not have a lot of cash onsite. IT’S CHRISTMAS!!! What kind of financial institution doesn’t have cash on site? A poorly managed one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION! I hope the $10 was worth this review!!

We are returning customers with Carolina Trust. We started with Brittany in the Conway off and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we went back to Conway we found out that she relocated to the Little River office; so we followed her there because of her excellent customer service. Brittany has been a excellent help this time around again. She goes above to help her customers. Thank you Brittany for all your help!!!

Could Not Deposit Check. I am a VISIONS CREDIT UNUNION member, Carolina Trust FCU is a sister to Visions so Vision members can do simple bank transactions when down south. I tried to deposit a check into my Visions account today at the Little River Branch of the Carolina Trust FCU , I had my deposit slip from my checkbook and the pre printed checking account number didn't work, the Miss said I needed my member number, all I had was my visions debit card and did not have my "member" number. I was told they couldn't help me. I came home , found my member number and called the Visions Credit Union. They were very sorry that the Miss didn't try and help. there are questions and even perhaps a phone call that Visions could verify who I was and my Member number. I appreciate the security involved, however, Miss did not TRY and make and attempt to help me. If I have this much trouble trying to put money in an account, I can just imagine if I wanted to make a withdrawal The best part is that my member number was right there on the deposit slip within the longer number of the account. Miss working at the credit union should know that and she didn't try to figure it out or call her manager to help me . Not a very good place to do business if you are a Senior and may need some help with your accounts. I will not recommend the Carolina Trust FCU to any of my family or friends. Dolores Bodnar

Went in this branch while on vacation, back manager was rude and kept interrupting while I tried to ask questions then the ATM took $50 that we were trying to deposit. My daughter went back in to report this and he was rude and short with her. Even though there was nothing they could do, there was no call for him to act the way he did.
