I’ve been coming here for some time, and the service is always fantastic! Jaquan has done a remarkable job in managing the store. Nina is a good addition to this location with the respect that she gives me.

JaQuan and Anteona have great customer service skills. Every time I come in no matter what kinda day I'm having they always lift my spirits. They can train other staff on how to be a great customer service rep.

Dodge this horrible place if you can. I had an emergency and needed quick funds to cover it..What a mistake. First of all they are legal loan sharks and the interest rate is predatory..Secondly most of the staff are a bunch of uneducated, rude, ignorant people with no sense of urgency..They are also on a power trip - because they know you are in a vulnerable situation if you are there.. The customer service is bad, they stop answering the phone 30 minutes before closing and sometimes close early without notice..Today on May 12th I stopped by to pay my loan and there was a hand written note on the door they were out to lunch !!?? When I returned there was a lobby full of people and one employee (Jaquan) that didn't have a clue. The employee Jaquan, was slow, rude and made incoming phone calls a priority over the folks in the lobby who had been patiently waiting. I asked her how much longer it would be, and she rudely snapped at me and told me I'd have to wait my turn, and that she had other people in front of me!! I wasnt even greeted on the way in - and this was the treatment we got.. I wouldn't talk to a dog the way she talked to us..If I didnt owe them money, I would have turned around and walked out. To add further insult, there was a woman who had been holding everyone up for an entire hour, because she didn't come in prepared with her paperwork or references. Instead of Jaquan asking her to come back when she had everything ready, Jaquan instead allowed her to take precedence over other waiting customers (who infact had all of their paperwork in order)..?? We were there 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for her to finish up with this woman..This doesn't make sense, it is poor customer service and bad business.I felt like Jaquan was deliberately taking her time. She acted like she couldn't have cared less about anyone.. I don't know who the owners are but I can't believe they want an employee like Jaquan running their facility and representing them in such a negative manner and tone. If it was my business she would quickly be fired. She caused me to waste 2 hours of my Saturday afternoon, was rude and showed favoritism to certain customers..Never again. If you ever find yourself down on your luck and in need of a small loan - don't come here..This is one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever seen.

Ms. Nina came through for me at the exact time I needed her to! She made the process quick and painless for me. I adore Carolina Payday. I WILL be coming back for the next loan I may need!!

Carolina Pay Day Loans is a great place of business. The ladies there exhibited premier customer service and we very courteous and exercised couth!!! I would encourage anyone who needs a title loan to visit there store for an excellent experience.

I LOVE JaQuan!!!!! She would always remember my name. She's had a couple ladies to come through, like Ms. Monique was nice when she was there. The new girl she has now is also great!! I think her name is Anteona. Whoever says that anyone of them are nasty, it's most likely because they didn't have what they needed or something didn't go their way. Some people are impatient and come in being rude, I have witness all of that and not one time did I see JaQuan act out of character. I deal with the public all the time. Everyday, and I don't know what make people so entitled when they are visiting another establishment, but it really don't be necessary, the things they try to say. We all need help, but these girls have protocol to follow as everyone who has a job should. Being nasty off the rip definitely isn't going to want to make someone go above and beyond for you. The Customer isn't always right in customer service.
