Had been on search of a truck for a couple of days without any luck. Most of the places we had gone to had us really disappointed (high interest, long time contracts or bad costumer service). Luckily we passed by Carnaval Autos, Marcó Reyes not only assisted us with his excellent costumer service but also provided us a great deal and most important helped us find out dream truck. If you are in search of your next vehicle look no further.

I had the best experience here, after going to a different place and not finding the truck I wanted and driving back home disappointed, I passed by here and decided to give it a try on trying to purchase a vehicle and I'm glad to say I did find what I was looking for and I'm satisfied with the purchase I made with this amazing people.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! From the first month, I had issues with my car. When speaking the the ladies, they act like it's an issue that I dont speak Spanish. Buy here pay here is incredible inconvenient, but it's not like customer service makes up for it. Finally, after paying my car off in 2 years, its time to take the tracker off! Well their service department, very rudely tells me that I have to come monday- friday, despite the fact that they are open Saturday. I called carnival and they told me that I have 1 maybe 2 weeks to take it off, or the car would stop and there is no way to add a new code. No customer service!!! Do not buy these junk cars!

This is a great place to get a car at first I was just going to go to run down car lot so I can transportation to work and Church, but my Dad who is a customer took me over here which wasn't planned at first I didn't want to get anything from here because the down payments were to high for me but they worked with me and gave me no problems and put me in a great vehicle omg it is a 2009 gmc yukon but ohh my you can't even tell it still has great value and great quality it was worth every penny will be doing more business with them for sure! And yes they do work with bad credit people

Liars. Cheaters. Manipulators. Do not trust them. I was told the price of a car and then put in a credit application and they hired the price by 10,000$! Wanting me to buy a 7 year old car for the same price as a BRAND NEW ONE. Wish 0 stars was an option.

Theyre the worse and good look ever paying your car off they will make sure it keeps breaking down and you have pay for the repairs. After $20000 plus dollars on my car I still have 5k (most of which are repair charges) and my car breaks down every other week. It went to there shop for three weeks one time and they still expected me to make payments. They act like theyre helping by moving your payments occasionally when late but a few days later your car will ring again and they will act like they never agreed to accept a late payment. The “account managers” are a joke and never seems to be available to help everyone speaks decent english until there is an issue then all of a sudden nobody understands anything. This place is like Mega Motors but with nice cars #GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They just want money. After everything ive been through I was told that the value of my car is $2,500 soooooo all of the money spent was for NOTHING they dont report to the credit companies so I actually lost $18000 from going here.

If I could give it a 10 I would. From the beginning of watching Don Approvado commercials since I was like 12-13 yes old.. I knew he was a legit genuine salesman. Now he shows up to my job Norma’s Cafe just to eat and I go up to him when he’s checking out. We talk and he’s everything I imagined. He helped me out with my first truck and I really appreciated the effort they went through to help me out. I most defiantly recommend Carnaval Auto Credit. The whole staff that helped was great. From the Main boss to Santiago and Ulysses. Everything was just and amazing experience. They really made my life easier in a way. I love my New truck and this new relationship with Carnaval. Super high interest rates and over priced cars that will break down within months of getting it. During Covid, they REFUSE to work with you and your situation. They do not honor their promises and will repossess your car BEFORE an agreement deadline that both of you have agreed to! The front desk female's lie straight to your face and pretend that they cannot reach the manager when you ask for him. I have screenshot proof of everything. There's so many things wrong with this place that's just a small part of it. I have already filed a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Yall have the right one today.

I got the pleasure of working with Don Santiago. He was really friendly from the start and awesome salesperson! The staff is 100% friendly and helpful, they worked with my down payment just fine! The sale was done really quickly and everything was explained as is, no sugar coating anything. Would strongly recommended this place to anyone! 😃. Could give them guys a 10 star review if possible!

Every time my friends ask “where can the get a car with no hassle” I direct them to Carnaval!! Family own business that truly cares for their customers.. when I had gotten into a major Crash they walked me thru the whole Process spoke with insurance rep and Don Aprobado even sat down with me and told me everything will be ok 👌🏼 My current vehicle is the second with them and I’m very pleased... These people are in the people business not the car business. Thank you guys !!

Be careful. Saw a good car online for $10,500 but when we got there in person was quoted $16,500. Not cool. Staff quickly said they would honor the internet price but still left me with uncertainty.
