I really enjoyed working with Carlos Ledesma on my refinance. He was extremely attentive and communicative during the entire process. Before Carlos came along my experience with CMG was...well, I can't think of a way to describe it without being rude. Let me say that I was looking for a company to refinance outside of CMG because the lack of professionalism, knowledge and courtesy was extremely lacking. Carlos has restored my faith in CMG. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, attentive, relatable, easy-going, calm, and an all-around fun guy. Carlos made my experience pleasant! I don't know what you pay him but you should double it. Perhaps you can take notes as to how he handles the refi process and treats customers and develop a Customer Service Training Program based on your findings. After all, you're not selling peanuts, YOU'RE HANDLING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF PEOPLE'S MONEY!!! Your customers deserve the highest level of attention and respect and Carlos understands the process and the people.
