I have to say that this has been one of the best experiences of customer service I've had. Brian went above and beyond helping me out. The vehicle I originally wanted had a mechanical issue so he went and found another better vehicle for me. Then came in on his day off to finish paperwork. Nice to see customer service still exists and with a smile and no BS. Thank you so much. Love the Avalanche!!

This place helped me get into a car! Very happy with my new car that they approved me for! I needed a car to get to and from work and they helped me. I have zero credit and they approved me with no cosigner! I had a problem with the car and they fixed it for me at no cost to me! Very very good customer service! Great service at this location! Dealers Scott and Brian were very friendly and informative, walked me through the process of buying my first car. As a young girl with not much car knowledge, I was nervous going to a dealership alone. But I was able to find something in great condition at a pretty decent price because of them- not the type of dealers to try and up sell or trick you! I did have to deal with long waiting both times I visited this location, but all in all it was worth it!

Terrible. Don’t bother with this dealership. They are not helpful and seem confused about how to handle customers. Whoever owns this place acts like they’re not in need of customers so I took my money elsewhere and found a great car without them.

Absolutely worst place to buy a car from!!! Forced to pick a payment date and not allowed to change it!! Sold me a car that needs a whole new motor and they really don't care. I will not buying anything from them again or allowing my friends or family too. If I could give Zero stars I would.

We went there expecting to spend alot of money and spending alot less then we thought. The car that I have now is my third car from this place. The first one died on me the first time driving it after getting it to my house. The second car I had gotten died within the first few months. This car I'm currently using is in need of some major fixes and all three of the cars I've had from them all had the check engine light on either the first day, or the first week of driving them. Anyone that sees this, go somewhere else. I tried getting out of buying this last car from them but they refused. Also, the money that went towards both the other cars was completely wasted. None of it went to even a portion of this "new" car.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle! I actually arrived via bus today and we walked out with a car that was wonderfully priced.l! I've struggled in the past with shady af dealerships but this one was very upfront, not pushy, and very friendly. They do have a GPS unit in each vehicle in case you don't make payments, but we have autopay, so it's a non-issue. Just something to consider. Also, we had a very low credit score (like 500s) and a past repossession and still had a lot of options!I was pretty impressed. If you need a car and want an honest place that is willing to answer all questions, I would go here!!

I only had my car for 2 weeks. I brought it to Tim’s auto. They told me it was very unsafe to drive and it should be illegal for them to sell me a broken car. I had my 4 month old daughter in the car with me when the car swerved and jerked almost causing me to be in a car accident. The employees are very nice but very sketchy. I do not recommend this place!
