Carhop made a wonderful day of amazing events even more unbelievable. They got me into a 2008 Chevy aveo for $0 dollars down. I can not explain what they did for me and my life when I needed it the most. The most respectable, friendly and family feeling establishment I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. If I could give them less then a 1 star I would. They are rude. Don't care about their inventory or the guests. all they care about is getting them out with a car that may or may not make it 2 weeks. The cars are dirty inside and out.

Honestly I didn't think I would get approved for anything. Much less a 2010! Kareem did everything in his power to put me in good graces with finance team. And I got a cute SUV like I wanted. Also my payments are pennies compared to what I used to pay.

I had the most wonderful....yet long experience trying to get a vehicle. I chose Carhop because aunts and uncles of mine have gotten vehicles from carhop before. Staff was very friendly, even to my 2 year old. Jordan was great. He’s straight forward, honest, and got me into a car I truly like despite my credit situation.

Immediately "Pre-approved" after applying on-line, and sent a message to come in for a test drive. Then got two calls. They asked me to come I that day after work to, "get me into a car." They already had all of my information, but made me fill it all out again on paper when I got there, and then more on the computer. Then after all that, they denied me anyway. Due to length of time where I am staying and at place of employment. They could have saved me a LOT of time just denying it to begin with!!

Great experience. When everyone else said no they said yes. It took a while but that's par for the course. My only complaints is that they do not fix cosmetic issues before selling and there isn't much gas in the car when you leave without. When you spend almost 10,000 dollars the least they can do is fill up the tank. But the fact that you get an 18 month warranty and they don't require full coverage insurance is more than enough to compensate for a tank of gas and a couple missing light covers.

I didn’t have a problem with the people in the local office they are all very nice people. It is the higher ups in the company that are not nice and do not like it when you want to make it more affordable for your budget.

Have gotten 2 cars from here. Recently got an email stating I hit vip status so I would have a bigger selection. My choice was a Chevy Aveo or a car that was in the shop. Think I’ll just finish paying off the one I have now, and be done with CarHop and their “VIP” status.

My initial review was on the sale of the car which was a good experience but then I toke it to Dodge for a oil change and service where they did a inspection and found several things wrong with it from clogged up cats to wheel bearing being bad and the traction control fuse had been removed due to issues with the front axle it had turned into a very expensive out of pocket repair where the car spent the next week an a half up on a lift. So that has me wonder who pulled the fuse and why their mechanics didn't address these issue. Now since then I have been happy with my car. Moving forward to about a month ago I lost my job and have been having issues with making payment and was expecting to lose the car. I called the finance department to let them know what was happening and made a few small payments while I was looking for work and talked to Alma this lady was awesome she has worked with me the entire time and never once threaten to disable or repo the car I just made sure to pay what I could and some of those payment were very low and I called every week letting her know how my job search was going Thus lady is hands down the most helpful and understanding finance officer I have ever worked with. So I even after the issues with the car mechanicly I leave my 4 stars for Alma

The staff were super nice. It did get busy, however I made an appointment, I had a time slot. Two hours of sitting there and I wasn't even approved yet. Never got to look at cars. Waiting two hours without even getting halfway through the process isn't costumer service.

I went to Carhop after a month of getting the run around from almost 7 other dealerships between Omaha and Lincoln. The branch manager and her salesman didnt hold back they were upfront and honest with me. They listened to me and got me into a car that I first seen online and kept going back to this vehicle. The cost of my 2004 Saturn Vue is in my price range. I won't stress to make payments. My Vue has low mileage for its age. No accidents and I am the second owner. I am very happy for their help. I love that I got no empty promises and I spent a total of 2 hours with them. Not hours and hours and days back n forth with empty promises. They kept a smile on their face as they closed at 5 and we finally signed and I was driving away around 6. Thank you so much for my Vue and the help yall gave me. True salesmanship.

Editing: while i am still happy with my new car, there was some things i noticed after we left that were inconvenient. 1. They didn't send me off with a full tank of gas, it was actually empty. 2. There was only one key. That means i have to pay 265 to get a spare one. 3. It was not serviced (headlights didn't work, oil needs changed, air filter is dirty). 4. It was not cleaned very well. There was sticky gunk in the cup holders in the back and thank goodness I didn't get pulled over because there was an open alcohol can under the passenger seat. I am accepting it as what it is because I am happy they helped me get on the road in a dependable car and the service was wonderful. But I would just look closely at the cats before you leave the lot. This was a fantastic service. I am a traveling nurse and I hit a deer in my only vehicle. They set me up with a great vehicle even with a small down payment and absolutely terrible credit. Thanks for taking a chance on me Eden and Carhop!

I applied online and was pre-approved, I went in a few days later and spoke with the sales representative. I had a couple different options. All in all it was a good experience. We will see how it goes until it is paid off. I will say if you are in need of a vehicle WITH A WARRANTY and have poor credit, I suggest coming here. They will do their best to get you going. When I first came to carhop which was 4 years ago it was a mess of a business. People were like You're crazy for getting a vehicle from them. They're bad people. Honestly, they let me trade in my Pontiac which blew up on me twice & I got that from a different lot. I had a truck that I got from them. They fixed everything they needed to on it. I drove it till it went no further. The current truck I'm in now is thanks to Cameron. That guy does whatever he can to work with me. Stays in contact. Doesn't harass my phone. He's super Respectful. He will even let you vent about how much your bill is and like I said work with you as long as you are willing to work on it yourself. Best choice for vehicles. Worse experience I have ever had. Have not had my vehicle for 30 days and my vehicle has been in the shop 3 times and still is, but they are still getting their money. I've had to pay to get it serviced, take 2 days off work, no apologies, engine light on, oil leaks, etc.

I have had my car for a month and so far it has been in their shop waiting on their parts for over 2 weeks. Take everything to your car shop before you buy anything!! They try to play you into buying something that will need expensive repairs almost instantly.

I am so thankful for Car Hop not only did they get me into a great car when i was hitting a rough time but they got me into a car that's ive been wanting to get into for over 8 years. It has been a great experience and glad i came back here to get a 2nd car. Thank you car hop!!! I take it all back i was told that my vehicle was a AWD turned out was a fwd and then I miss 2 months payments in aug and Sept due to loosing my job and now they have charged off my acct knowing I was trying to trade it in or sell it because its a major pos and not worth the amount of money I have to put into it. Mind you they took a payment just last week.

Update: Once you are done buying a car from them, their interest in you drops considerably. Apparently, I called before they open. They answered the phone, but when they realized I wasn't calling about buying a car they told me they weren't open yet and to call back. I called later and left a message because they couldn't answer the phone. No return phone call. I think I'll take the car back. ---- They are a great resource for people who have bad credit, not much for a down payment, and desperately need a car. However, businesses like these take advantage of people in these situations. Cars are sold for nearly triple their value with nearly 18% interest, which is absurd. The fact that they don't even require proof of insurance says a lot about the toe if business they are.

My name is Mary and about to have my first baby and I thought it was a great idea to grab a car that would be reliable, so I only can pay so much a month. I told the young guy that seem so nice and trustworthy.( I was so wrong) I wasn't understand the monthly payments that he was talking to me about. so it was a prefect timing that my boyfriend went on break before I did get a car. I already put my down payment that was 400 dollars and when he came, he talk to the guy and my boyfriend turn to me and said its not 150 a month like I said I only can pay. he said it was going to be 300 a month. I turn to the guy and said I couldn't do that and I want my money back. The worker said it already been process though and that I would have to come back and get a check from them Friday. so I said that would be fine, my boyfriend hunter went there today to grab a check from the manager (that was so rude) she hand the money order back that we gave them in the first place( the one that they couldn't give back cause it been processed) and she said it wasn't and that she wasn't going to do anything else for him. so he tried to return it to the gas station where we got it from and they wouldn't take it and are bank wouldn't take it either so we wasted 400 dollars on nothing cause of carhop. I will never go there again and anyone that I know will never go there either. Worst place in the world to get a car.

I had an accident and my vehicle was totaled out. My husband and I already knew we were going back for a 4th vehicle. It was just a matter of waiting for insurance to do their thing. I called finance to check and see if they had received it yet and spoke to my acct manager, Chris. He told me I could come in today and so I did. Talked to Verleen and she got us taken care of as quickly as possible. Carhop has not failed me yet and I'll probably continue to go to them when I need a vehicle and will refer friends and family as well. Their service is top notch and the warranty on the vehicle is the best. A $75 deductible and work that needs to be done and covered under the warranty are done. I was able to walk on the lot, point at an 08 Mercury Mainer and drive off the lot the same day. I am a very pleased and grateful customer.

At first I was very pleased as those I worked with was able to get me into a vehicle the same evening that I had gone in. Unfortunately there is some major mechanical issue with the vehicle that will not be covered by the "warranty" to the tune of over $600. Not to mention that my auto bill was not set up correctly at the time of purchase and so my first payment was a day late do to this error. I had to go in and pay which was fine and set up the auto-pay and here we are two weeks later a payment is due (to be taken out directly) and they take out the payment twice. Not even a week before Christmas and three little kids to think about. I sure hop that they can resolve some of these issues in a quick manner.

verleen and Kareem were wonderful with giving me my first car i highly recommend them for a first time buyer I have horrible credit and they were able to get me in a car instantly thank you guys my business will continue
