We closed on time with a great rate!!! I have heard that VA loans are a nightmare. In the beginning we were deciding who and what type of lender to use. After meeting with Dale I thought if he is half as good as he seems we will be in good shape. He was that good and better. Dale outlined some options and a rough timeline of the process in the beginning which were all spot on. Everything was completely painless. Dale was always very responsive to every question I had.
