This is the second time I have had to refinance my house, I was helped both times by Peter Domingo. The first time, was a learning experience expedited and made easier by Peter. While the second time, was the best experience I have had in a process such as this. He has made the process faster, easier, and smoother, and for that I am very grateful. He was available whenever I needed him for any questions I might have, and was very patient while answering my extensive list. Would definitely recommend.

My loan originator at the Melville (Long Island) NY location was John LoPresti and I spoke with him a few times by telephone but mostly by emails due to each person's schedule. John was very instrumental in securing my refinancing of my mortgage. He went above and beyond the call of duty and really made me an offer and assembled a refinance package that I could not refuse. I was very pleased with the final outcome and recommend them highly.

NOT RECOMMENDED! We have been trying to refinance since June! We have submitted and re submitted all required paperwork. They sent in duplicate hard inquiries into our credit which has resulted in us losing over 35 points each from our scores! They had the wrong information on their 4th disclosure statement which we refused to sign, we contacted them about the problem over a month ago, but nothing has changed. They set several different "lock in dates" for the rate, then don't follow through on setting a date for closing, which requires more in fees to extend the rate. We have written countless emails, and left messages with no response. As soon I voiced my concerns and unhappiness at the whole process, they simply stopped responding to our communication. I dont know who to contact as I have sent emails to every person we have dealt with. Hopefully leaving this review will muster a response from them and we can complete the closing that was supposed to happen in August.

I honestly don’t know where to even begin to give Peter the review he deserves. After other financial companies including Quicken loans could not seem to help us refinance our home Peter gave me hope. Peter was upfront and honest from the beginning. The only promise that he made was that he would work diligently and be honest throughout the process, and give100% of himself. Well, he did exactly that. He made our refinance happen that others couldn’t do. He was available even on a weekend when I emailed him thinking he would receive it on Monday and email me back or call on Monday. He literally called me on the phone moments after I sent the email and it was on a Saturday. Wow what service I was receiving, and it showed me how much he cares about his customers. If you can work with Peter as your loan officer, DO NOT HESITATE. He will give his all even on his days off when unexpected. The process itself was painless, purchasing our home was much more difficult than this refinance with Peter. It was also with a different lender and loan officer. Peter made this refinance almost effortless on our part, asking for some documents immediately and mentioning he may have to ask for many more, which was not the case at all. He was completely honest and transparent and did something other lenders couldn’t do and that was make pure refinance painless, almost too easy and made it happen. His honesty and professionalism are his best qualities. I don’t believe I’ll do him justice with this review, but I will try. I can’t tell you what a difference he’s made and how effortless this refinance seemed. His honesty and professionalism upfront with his caring, kindness, and compassion made all the difference in the world. Peter is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and puts you first. It felt like he was personally working for me. I would call him an expert. He always kept in contact I don’t believe I ever had to leave him message because he was always keeping me in the loop. It would be sad if he left this field because he is GREAT at and personable, thorough, caring, knowledgeable, reliable and enjoyable to speak to. I honestly cannot say enough good things. What can I say just incredibly professional. Working with John Stanton was the most wonderful, professional and pleasant experience that I had in years. It was a pleasure to be working with him the entire time.
