Purchased a car in cash about 6 months ago. The car began to fail and I call for a solution and was hung up on. The solution should of first been an apology then they should of offered to fix the car. I would of paid for the part which is thousands of dollars but instead I was hung up on and out of 7000 dollars. Horrible services.

I bought a car from there. It was brand new to them and they was quick to fix anything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to get a used car. They was quick to answer any questions I had. They was open and very honest with everything.

I would tell anyone looking for a car to go to this dealer. I purchased a car here yesterday. The staff is great, pleasant to talk with, and extremely helpful. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal. I thoroughly researched the car before going so I know what a great deal I recieved. Truly recommend this place, I brought my car here last minute to get the catalytic converter put on and the mechanic who took care of me Rafiely did a great job, I went there with one problem and he took care of 3 different problems I had with my car and didn’t even know about. Keep in mind I dropped my car off around 5pm and this man stood till nearly 12 midnight working on my vehicle I was very pleased with his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Have been waiting almost 4 months for a title for a truck I got of them in January. Get the same answer everytime I call to ask about an update. Should not take 5 months to get a title and registration... Definitely do not buy anything here. Will be taking this to court soon if nothing is resolved.

Purchased a vehicle here but the loan didn't go through, in which I understand, however I returned the vehicle over a week ago and they still have not returned my $1,500 down payment and I've been texting and emailing with no response. When I dropped the vehicle off I was threatened that fees would be taken out of my deposit????? Even after having made improvements to the vehicle at my expense. While I briefly had it!!!. I still have not heard a response about my refund!!! I am now seeking other avenues including the authorities.. There was no purchase complete to incite any such accusations, and after speaking with the finance company, there can be no buyback fees if the loan was never funded DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE.. GO TO THE BBB SITE AND SEE WHAT OTHERS HAD TO DEAL WITH AS WELL

First off can I say they are shady! If I could give zero stars I would! My car broke down 2 times in 3 months! Didnt expect to get a car that would just be another headache like my last car. So many things wrong with it that they refuse to pay for! They did not disclose to me that there was anything wrong with the car when I bought it. Dont recommend buying a car here it's a real wonder how the car even passed inspection last month with all that is wrong with it! The radio turn off and on the brake rotators should of been changed they are rusted, the dome lights do not turn on, not to mention my car broke down less then a month of having it and i had to get it towed 3 different times just to get it fixed to then get hit with a deductible. Also i went to pick up the car and it's in worst shape that I left it in they refused to fix the horn, and now the clock and seat warmers dont work how is that possible? It worked before I sent it there. Update dec 23 car broke down again I cant believe this place selling cars like this!

To Anthony, i bought my vehicle a month ago. I still haven't received my plates, tag bout to expire. I have been calling the office for 2 days now nd I get no answer. I asking for the 2nd time for assistance. Please assist. This is becoming inconvenient.

I loved this place! Customer service is great and every question is answered. I just got a car from them and I have no complaints what’s so ever. Everyone there is welcoming and tries their best to accommodate your needs and limits. Overall, I recommend this dealer, Antony is amazing, he truly helped me and has been asisitng/helping my father as well with his vehicle for years now. Paper work is organized, straight to the point, and if any issues they try their best to fix it!

EXCELLENT service. Anthony and Nick were great. Someone always answered the phone. Before i picked my car up Anthony had the brakes changed, the oil changed, and the tires rotated. These guys were very informative and honest. All of our questions were answered. The price was reasonable and the paperwork was a quick process. I was pleased with my entire experience. I highly recommend Car Mart Auto Center.

I’ve received nothing but outstanding service from Anthony and Nick from the moment I began working with Anthony. Not only were they able to get me approved on the vehicle I wanted for the payment I wanted with the money down I had to work with, Anthony also advised me on some simple solutions to increase my credit score which has already brought my credit up by 30+ points! They’ve done an excellent job at creating an environment in which I was comfortable with....I felt like family there. Being that this was the first car I bought on my own, this was very helpful in easing my nerves during a generally extremely stressful experience. I would absolutely recommend Car Mart Auto Center to anyone looking for an easy going yet productive car buying experience.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I bought a car from them back in January, I was promised the car would be fixed and drive-able the same week I picked the car. I got the car the same week but they did not bother to clean or fix anything. They had me get an insurance through them that doesn't cover much and they have my vehicle basically on a monthly basis 5-15 days just parked out front "waiting for the parts to arrive". They are the most unreliable, lying and unprofessional dealership I have ever been too. Their mechanics have no idea what they're doing either. Save your money and the headache and go else where. I am stuck with a loan to a car that I rarely have and truthfully is a Lemon.

Great group of guys easy financing no pressure to buy and you are treated more like friends rather than a potential sale like you see at other dealerships Anthony and nick took good care of me. the service shop is awesome also had my other vehicle worked on there and Kevin is very knowledgeable

Me and my boyfriend went in with minimal money to our names taking a shot in the dark but thanks to Anthony we got to leave in a newer car thank what we had last night
