I absolutely loved this place. I got my car back in 2016 and it still is going strong. Yes in the beginning the transmission went out, 100.00$ to fix under the extended warranty, saved 3000+ For that. The serpentine belt slipped due to the water pump leaking, $100.00 to fix under the extended warranty, they gave me a loaner car for the transmission which wasn’t the best but it got me to and from work. I was late on a payment or 2 and yes they called but it’s understandable they want their money, that’s any business. I just let them know I would make a payment that following Monday and they were fine with it. COMMUNICATION is key. I seriously have nothing negative to say about them. I’m actually, actively, looking into trading my current car now on a SUV there. Just communicate with them and their work with you.

Heather & Priscilla were extremely helpful and so nice! Although, I didn't meet Heather in person, she answered all my questions over the phone and made me feel comfortable and confident about coming to Car Credit Nation. Lets face it, sooner or later the automobile that we depend on gets on in age and starts eating gas and those precious dollar bills that we work so hard for. I scheduled an appointment to go look at a used car to commence my daily commute with. Paul was incredibly helpful with getting me into a new to me automobile. Worse place to purchase a vehicle. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I traded the car I got from this place for a better car. Weeks before I got my new car, I did let credit car nation know I was trading in the car. The dealership I got my new car, even called and let this place know they would be receiving a check for the rest my payments. What does credit car nation do, they still took 2weeks of payments out for the car I traded in, when they knew they were getting a check (which they signed to accept) for the old car. I still didn’t get my money back they took. I called for months and all they did was deny doing it, but that’s not what my bank statements say. Your better off just going threw a real dealership and getting monthly payments then weekly payments instead of dealing with this place. It’s a rip off.

My husband recently got a vehicle from here. The staff was amazing. They helped him with every step. There are no hidden fees. The go above and beyond to help get u in a vehicle that works for u. We love our vehicle and have been recommending this car company to everyone we know.

Read carefully Car Credit Nation is a Real Bad Bad Used Car Dealership. They Sell Cars Like Hyundai Sonata to consumers that's on the recall list. Engine problem recall and they do not let the customers know about it at all. Purchase a 2011 Hyundai Sonata on May 7,2022 for our Daughter her first car and June 2 ,2022 Engine light came on took it back to Car Credit Nation and they clear the engine code P1326 for knock sensor which would cause the engine to lose power and not run. Car Credit Nation told us not them for us to take it to the Hyundai Dealership. The car is still at the dealership and we are still paying on it. Car Credit Nation knew about this recall but they still sold our family this dangerous car which also can catch on fire while driving. Do think they try to correct the problem No they did not. I was originally suppose to get a car. Due to my fiancé having a SUV and commuting to and from work I was respectful enough to wait my turn and drive his other vehicle till we could save up enough down for another vehicle for a trade in. We also live an hour and some change from this dealership. Bre whom works in their financial office was not for us making that decision and when it was time to see about financing was asking why we switched whom and felt it was “sketchy” to do so. We waited for about 35 minutes to get our answer. Did not. So we chose to leave and were told we would get a call back. My fiancé had called back an hour and a half after that and spoke to a Amber who was still asking the same question. WHY IS IT A CONCERN GOD ONLY KNOWS, but I take that as full racial profiling and profiling at its best. If you choose to go somewhere choose elsewhere and I’ll make sure I make this public to others as well.

EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT My car was in shambles and I had little hope of it working again, but man they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they get it fixed when no one else would but Jose, Terry and Jacob all went above and beyond. They stayed late multiple days, kept me very informed the whole way, and even explained to me exactly what the problems were in detail and ways to avoid causing them in the future. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a shop.

As an Active Duty service member often dealerships try to take advantage of us giving us cars with high down payments , high interest rates and high notes . Car credit nation was very helpful the down payment was exactly what they said it would be and the monthly payment is also great . We were able to get a fairly nice car that will be perfect for what we were looking for . I definitely plan to go back in the future if this car continues to work as great as it does now .

Their cars are decent. Some can be pricey but the reason for 3 stars is because of the sales man. He was not educated on the cars at all, I’m surprised he even knew Ford from Chevy. He only seemed to be worried about how he would make out on his paycheck. Then we left undecided to think on what we wanted to do, ya know, because buying a car isn’t really a small decision and he very rudely dismissed us with eye rolls. So they then lost our business and I will not be recommending them to anybody.

I needed to get into a vehicle that would help me rebuild my credit. Car credit nation honestly made this process easier than I thought. I went to other dealerships and was not able to be approved because of lack of credit history. Dave and Priscilla are both amazing. The minute I walked through the door I’ve had nothing but the best experience here. Dave made the process easy and quick. The one thing I didn’t want to do was sit at a carlot for hours and hours waiting. Dave had me come in I gave him my information and he had an approval within 30 mins. They even made sure to have my new car deep cleaned. Thank you Dave and Priscilla you couldn’t have made this experience any better.

If I could give no stars, I would. DO NOT buy a car from these people. They are the worst to deal with. Bought our car here and it broke down. They've now had it for three weeks and everytime they say it will be fixed a certain day, that day comes and they "find" something else wrong. And even the "warrenty" they sell pretty much does nothing. Oh and don't even get me started on them ordering the wrong parts half the time. And if you read through most of the other bad reviews youll see what I mean when I say rude . Stay clear! Edit since they wanted to respond: first it was the belt, then the vaults, now "we got the parts in your vehicle and it's still running badly. We think a piston hit a valve. We are going to have to order a head gasket and valve job." It's been 3 weeks. The car doesn't have to be under my name. It's the fact that it's been 3 weeks with no car and not getting anywhere.

If you want my HONEST OPINION!!! Jack the sales man was absolutely awesome!! This was the best experience I have ever had in getting a car- Easy, efficient and extremely effective considering I would consider myself to have poor credit. They were able to work with me and get me in a very nice vehicle the same day with little down. If you think you can’t get a car because of credit please see Jack. I didn’t think I could ever get a car without a co-signer and I got one! I will be sending everyone I know here 😊😊!

Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. My salesman, Paul,was knowledgeable and explained the process very well. The entire experience was stress free. We got there at 915 am, and since I already did my application online, everything was quick and easy, thanks to our salesman Jack Keller. He was really nice throughout the whole time and even put on our temp tags in the pouring rain. Although we didn't get approved for the exact tier we wanted we got a car that we liked, 2004 sienna. The only thing is that long video after all the paper work and the percentage is a little high due to my bad credit, about 20%, but other dealers are gonna charge that with bad credit. The video took about a half hour but with the test drive, paperwork, waiting for approval and the video we were still out by 1130. When they say the down payment is $995 they mean it. We didn't have to put up any extra money like other dealers make you do. Yes there are some fees and if you want Gap coverage and warranties your price will go up but all that gets added onto your bill. All you need is the $995 and you drive home in about 2 hours. We're definitely happy we went here instead of some other places.

Amazing service with our rep however am a tad concerned with the maintenance done prior to our purchasing the vehicle factory specs calls for 35 lbs of pressure in the tires and both front had damn near 50lbs in them and the back ones were well below what they should have been (roughly 28lbs per tire in the rear). Upon further inspection none of the fluids were topped off as we had been assured had been done but they aren’t so low that it would cause an issue hence not leaving a lower review. As I previously stated if it were just the rep I were rating it would def be 5 stars but can’t in good conscious provide that upon my mechanic husband looking her over in depth. Would recommend buying here just make sure you go behind their mechanics and check things out

this place is ridiculous and a scam. i just VOLUNTARILY SURRENDERED a car. i frankly need to get places but can’t have my bank account drained by them anymore. over the course of 13 months of having this car i’ve needed to get it realigned 3 times. tires changed twice. they had FOUR DIFFERENT TIRES ON MY CAR. ALL DIFFERENT SIZES. my headlights have gone out 6 times between both of them. they claimed to fix it twice and the issue continued. i ended up needed new tires due to a bad alignment 2 months after i paid them almost $400 for them to align my vehicle. they charged me late fees which are roughly $150 now total for an arrangement THEY made up. and then denied making the arrangement when i have text and emails talking about it. if y’all want to never get your car fixed and for them to pull as much money out of you as possible HIGHLY recommend.

Called about buying a car from them, talked to a very rude sales lady who needed to "explain the process" before she could give me a price that seemed off but I went with it. After she told me about there in house financing I wasn't interested in I have a insurance settlement and I was interested in a specific car to purchase outright. I let her know I wasn't interested in giving my personal information and filling out a application to buy a car I was only looking for the price she then said she couldn't give me the price and to check the website knowing I told her it wasn't on the website. What a horrid woman who probably has no business working with the public in any compasaty. **Udate the owner asked me to delete/edit my review I felt a one star may have been harsh so ill update to 3**

Like are you serious right now. So unsatisfied with this place. Till this day 03/15/22 my car is back into the shop due to the transmission being messed up. Not only do they expect you to pay every week but you need to pay EVEN THOUGH THE VECHILE ISNT IN YOUR POSSESSION BUT IN THEIRS CAUSE ITS ALWAYS MESSING UP. This place is the worst . Don’t go here.

They were extremely rude and they sell extremely overpriced junk. 0/10 I wouldn't let my dog buy a car from here. Edit: I was not purchasing a vehicle, my mother was. Edit 2x The owner of the establishment doesn't respond well to criticism. His sales rep tried to put her in a Kia Soul with an astronomical amount of miles, worn head gasket, and lifter tap from hell. So my statement stands, their cars are junk and I recommend anybody that reads my reviews to take their business elsewhere. Ray over at Smoot Auto Center gave us a way better deal at half the cost.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. The only reason why they’re getting one star is because Priscilla, my sales consultant at the time was very helpful and really nice. Otherwise this company claims to be a Christian based company, it very well might be but this woman “Erin” harasses me if my payment isn’t made exactly every Friday. To the extent where I’ve had to block her emails and more recently the phone number she texts from. I am so saddened by the fact this company sold me a vehicle that was only worth $4-5k max at a price that was over 12k. Not to mention it’s missing a seat belt buckle completely! I understand I purchased a used car but for $12,000 it should at least have all seat belt buckles. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE ONLY USE AS A LAST RESORT.

I went in not knowing anything about buying a car but Dave was patient and explained everything we were going to do and took it step by step with me. he found multiple cars in my price range that would best suite me and my child! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful while i was there! Highly recommend going if you’re looking for something new!

The inventory isn’t exactly my style. But our salesman Dave really did his best to find us some great options! They’re website was very accurate! Our experience was simple and easy! The down payments were manageable without doubt and the payments as well! Our salesman was extremely helpful very friendly and knew his job! The company as a whole went out of their way to do most of this over the phone and via email with us giving our worlds current state! I love my new car! We found the dealership on line, the process was super easy to apply for credit. Michael contacted us and with in 6 hours we had our car signed, sealed, and delivered. It was super busy in the dealership and he multi-tasked with ease. I never felt rushed or pushed in any direction when choosing the car we wanted. This was a car for me, not my husband and Michael actually talked to me! Asked me what I wanted and needed. If you need a vehicle I highly recommend going to see Michael.

I made an appointment with high hopes of getting my first vehicle through them but it didnt happen. They told me they would be able to work with my finances but it wasnt enough. Jack was great to speak to and work with; sadly I went home without a vehicle BUT i was able to purchase a vehicle at a different dealership.

Just bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and I drove three hours to come to this dealership. I talked with Jason R Embryo on the phone about what I could pay and what car I liked. He helped workout things for me because even when I kept changing my mind about what I wanted. I finally settled on a car and he told me what the down payment would be and lot of other important information. When I got to the dealership there were no surprises. Everything Jason told me was true unlike other dealerships that change the price of the car once you get there or they change the down payment. My credit was not so good and car credit nation still got me a lower interest rate then any other dealership and the pay off years are short. They treated me like family from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I have never experienced anything like that before and it wasn't just my sale person that was friendly and helpful all the staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Jason for all of your help without you I would have never made up my mind and never visited car credit nation. You made the process so easy from start to end. My car drive so smooth and I got to put it to the test because I had to drive three hours back home. Went with my nephew this morning to so he could get a car. The service was great and the whole experience was pleasant. We were done in less than 3 hours. Dave was very personable and easy to work with. Will reccomend to others.

After a couple weeks I noticed issues with my vehicle. Got a diagnostic and it had a few major problems. I talked to Chris in the shop and even though I purchased all the coverage plans and everything they can't help unless your engine blows up. Absolutely no help and no discussion on fixing anything. If you purchase a vehicle from them make sure you have a personal mechanic on retainer, you're gonna need it

Wow I used to have an old 79 beater car now I'm leaving with a 2014 the newest car I have ever owned. Fun fast and easy. My car sales finance specialist was awesome Miss Priscilla was great!!!! In and out paystub license and mail then boom insurance Card and your out the door happy and with a great vehicle! Nice selection and I only have fair credit still got a great interest rate and Payments within my range. If your worried you won't qualify for certain cars they go above and beyond your needs and expectations I will be back for my next vehicle and will refer others to here!
