Car credit is like a second family. Always there to help me. Kind staff I been with car credit since 2013 flip to different ones until my car accident which totaled my Mazda. Car credit came to the scene and helped me through it. Didnt leave my side until I was safely in the ambulance. When I was released from the hospital. And well enough to drive they offered me my 2014 toyota corolla I instantly fell in love with this car. I don't know a single car dealership that would do what they did for me I highly recommend car credit to anybody

The staff is friendly but that's about the only good thing I can say. I've had my car for about 3 months and just had to put it in the shop for the second time. The first time they had it for two weeks and wouldn't give me a loaner. Plus I don't understand why I have to pay to fix a car that was odvisouly messed up when I got it. Will be looking for another car very soon...... I made this review 2 years ago and still have nothing good to say about this company. After having a car from them and also THEIR insurance my drivers licenses got suspended for DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE!!! When I tried to explain that I was leasing the car and the insurance was through them they told me to have the company fax over a piece of paper stating that I was insured under them not only would car credit refuse to fax over any piece of paper their insurance company refuse to work with me as well. I ended up having to pay $100 fine and add an SR 22 to my insurance in order to get my license back. I should have never had to do this considering the fact that I did have insurance and was paying extra every month for it. I would never recommend anyone use this company and if you do definitely get your own insurance. If I could rate a negative number I would!

The warranty is amazing and they were able to put me in a car when I had been turned down everywhere else. Free oil changes and the bonus program are amazing! My payment is also extremely reasonable. Richard and Jake did a great job of working with me to get me in to the car I needee

So first of all I got a new car here today. It is a really nice one. And the people there are SO NICE. They will work with you on what money you have. If I was anyone out there that needs a car go here. If I could give this place a 10 I so would. Thank you all for everything

Car credit just sent me a notice that has proof that they are extorting.. They are trying to force me to pay fees, fines, and additional monies to receive my own personal property back, which is against Missouri law. We have an attorney and will also be filing a complaint. Do not go through car credit!! Should have known when our brand new vehicle had to go to the shop for a whole transmission malfunction one week after purchase. Whoever does their maintenance also put on the incorrect rotors and brake pads altogether which caused damage. Car credit is a joke , and they are the exact definition of predatory lenders.

Easy place to get into a car but their warranty is terrible and they never properly fix vehicles. My car is constantly breaking down or having issues and they do nothing to even try to help. It broke down within my first 2 weeks of having it and they tried fixing it with salvage parts so the issue came right back. I have 3 kids and a full time job i have been at for 9 years and to have a unreliable vehicle puts my job on the line daily. Do not go to car credit unless you have no other choice. I was stranded in another state a couple of weeks ago and called them to see if they could help so i waited for their call back and guess what by no surprise they never bothered to call me back so i had to find a ride and pay 200 to get my car back home. Worse car company ever

Went in and spoke to Armando told him I didn’t have much money and he worked with me to get a car the same day within my budget very thankful for everyone at car credit and all the staff was very respectful and professional!! Car credit is Highly recommended by me!!

Paid on a SUV for 3 years. Fell on hard times and they took it back and sold it to a whole saler for less than I actually owed on it. Awful place. Good job putting a disabled combat veteran in the hardest time of his life. I wish this place would just burn down. Paid $15,000 on a vehicle worth $5,000 and they take it back 4 months from being paid off. To top it off, they stole everything that was inside the vehicle.

Employees were very nice and professional. Easy to work with and a hassle free process. Would recommend anyone to purchase a car from them.
