Agents, beware, service not desirable. LA & Seller said they were never contacted from them during the transaction. They assumed commission amount on the CD and never asked listing agent for info verification. Then, even though they had a PAC it took 3 days for them to send commission checks out. Then since screwed up, still waiting on the commission check from this title agent to arrive.
