Caprock credit has been amazing with me amd Daniel especially has been able to help me alot. My uncle and aunt passed away one right after the other and Caprock was so involved with helping me because I was having a hard time with the full payment. Daniel personally stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour so we could figure out our best course of action, he was able to set up a plan for me that helped me get my payments right and I didn't have to stress in my time of grief. Such an amazing company and the best for my family, and I hope yours too.

We love Caprock Credit! We financed our first vehicle with them in 2010, I believe. About a year after, we ran into some financial problems and Lisa always did her best to help in anyway she could. We currently have another vehicle financed through them. We would recommend them over and over again!

If I could give zero I would my first year dealing with was ok this past year was terrible. Terrible communication nobody gives messages to people like they say or they are never in the building and not understanding. Won’t work with you when your trying to fix the car, lie when it come to money the list goes on. DO NOT COME HERE. Caprock Credit is an awesome financial resource. We financed a used vehicle through Caprock and when we had mechanical issues with the vehicle I called Caprock Credit. I spoke with Jerry who has always provided us outstanding customer service. Since our vehicle was under the Caprock warranty, all we had to pay was a small deductible and Caprock Credit handled all the details from scheduling a repair shop to overseeing the entire repairs. What would have been a $7,500 repair bill only cost us $250 and our vehicle is back on the road. Caprock Credit gave us peace of mind and you won't regret financing with them.

Everyone is so nice and very helpful. I have had my car for 3 years and love it. My father-in-law has gotten 3 great cars from them over the years. Also my brother-in-law, nephew, and two of my daughters have gotten great cars and trucks from them. They get an A+ in my book. I also know other people here in Amarillo who have gotten vehicles from them, and had emergencies happen and they helped them out with their payments instead of taking their vehicles. Just give them a call and they are always willing to help and have a wonderful staff.
