Horrible people to rent with. Won’t fix anything apartment full of roaches

I have been living at a property managed by Capital Rental for almost 3 years. During that time I have not had a single bad experience with Greg, Kim, or anyone else at their office. Any issue I have had at my place has been taken care of quickly and completely. Every time I have called their office (during work hours) they answer and if it's outside regular hours I always get a call back the following day. Greg was very flexible with me originally moving in as well as everything since then. I have lived in a few places in Miami with "difficult" landlords and it is refreshing to live in a place managed by a pleasant and easy to deal with company.

Horrible service! I saw the apartment I wanted and tried to put a holding deposit on it but couldn't because the lady at the front counter told me they didn't have a key for it yet so they couldn't accept any type of payment. (This was on a Friday). So I come back Monday morning (which is when they are suppose to have the key) And apparently someone has rented it out. I asked her how is that possible and I was just here Friday! And I was there within 30 minutes of them being open. This was a very bad experience for me. I'm very frustrated

Seriously the receptionist never answers ive been calling for a week to see whats available.. online is 6 months out dated. Finally did speak to I guarantee a ghetto black female, she sounded bothered and dismissed the conversation by hanging up in my face. This company is trash all spots are in overtown, the quality is as bad as the community. WON'T RECOMMEND A DOG TO SHELTER WITH THEM.

My experience with capital was very horrific I live there for about 3 years and overtown in one of the rental property properties for one they discriminate against my minorities number two they are slumlords they did not care about anyone or anybody they left my problems and concerns at the door and never responded poor quality poor company poor management down right nasty stay away

THE WORST PLACE TO EVER RENT FROM!!!! The building inside and out is completely filthy!! I had to call the office so many times due to my floors was breaking so bad that you could see the grout!! It took them about a year to fix it and the guy that is ahead of maintenance told me that the office never gotten a call from me and I called SEVERAL times!!! WORST PLACE TO EVER BE!!!

The apartments are very dirty and roach infested. Capital is very unprofessional.. i asked for a exterminator they took my number nobody called which means they dont care.. they dont keep the property clean.. they dont fix anything.. all they care about is money.. i would never get any other apartment from them.. nastiest apartment agency ever ew

They have reasonable places for rent but they don't fix anything hardly. Been calling just about everyday about fixing the hole under the kitchen sink for 7mths now we are experiencing roaches & mice. Recently caught a rat & the manager seems like he doesn't GAF claims we cant get our deposit back! Worse place to rent from

SlumLords! Taking advantage of an elderly man. He's been reporting peeling paint, a broken A/C, moldy walls, open ceiling, exposed wiring & rats for years. NOTHING has been taken care of. Not to mention they raised his rent 3 time in a year according to him.

The rudest receptionist in the world, call them about rats in the my apartment and they told me they had to go in order with the service request.. WOW..To top it off they receptionist tells you your move in date is on the paper but eventually you waiting a extra month to move in. My front door didn't fit so of course when it rains and fly's and roaches trying to take cover guess where there coming into..my places.... BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISGUSTING, AND DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY, I THINK THEY BELIEVE ITS JUST OVERTOWN THEY USE TO THESE TYPES OF THINGS
