I bought a handgun online and had it sent to Capital pawn shop Where they did a background check and transfer. The process was fast took very little time and i was able to pickup my gun that could not be found locally due to a gun and ammo shortage. I am 100 percent satisfied and happy with the service provided and will be doing business again in the future.

Jamie was so awesome. She helped me in 5 minutes. I was in and out of the store...fast. This pawn shop give great prices for borrowed money. I will never deal with no one but them. She was compassionate, kind and professional. If your in millbrook...go see Jamie...she made my first experience a good one.

There a good place to shop but don’t understand if a check is yours and you already signed that they want cash it even when u got to sign the check anyways that’s really backwards sign or not that’s why you verify it but hey just weird too me

Having just moved here from Tampa Florida four months ago, and shopping in pawn shops for great deals there I set out to find a pawn shop here in Alabama. I came across Capital Pawn Shop of Millbrook. The management and staff are extremely professional and courteous. The store is clean and very well organized. They have a great selection on beautiful diamond rings and wedding sets, and on other beautiful jewelry pieces. They have a great selection on electronics as well. They have a great selection on many items to shop from. I highly recommend Capital Pawn Shop of Millbrook for great deals, and great customer service with a friendly smile.

I am a pawn shopper most of my life. I have about 20 years in this business. These guys are hard to deal with on prices and sometimes service is lacking. They are fairly friendly and professional but if you want help you will have to ask. I have bought some things from here at a fair price but its difficult. Even after showing them prices on grabagun or gun broker. I go there twice a week for years along with other pawn shops from Montgomery to prattville. Their other shop in troy is even worse. There are other pawn shops that are more about make sales and customers rather than trying to get the highest dollar from one customer. It seems like they have allot of good reviews.
