I run a fantasy football league and wanted a device I could commission from without having to sign in and out of my regular profile. The shop had several iPads that I took a look at before making a final decision on a 10.9 inch with 128gb of space. The staff was very courteous and helpful

Horrible customer service and unprofessional management. No one greeted me or even looked up upon walking in the door. The floor was wet from the heavy rain outside and not a single wet floor sign in sight. Floor mat was so dirty I tracked mud across the floor. I wanna say I wish I had fallen so I could sue because of the poor treatment I received. I asked a question about an item and they hesitated to answer as if they were already busy doing something more important than taking care of a paying customer. I complained to the very young looking girl who claimed to be the store manager and she just kind of smirked and said “sorry about that”, finished checking me out then went back to her very loud and obnoxious conversation with coworkers. Also, prices are way too high for this to be a pawn store and they do not bargain well. I do not recommend.

First time customer there. Came in and Carmen helped me. She was so sweet and very helpful!! If you go in to capital pawn talk to her she is very knowledgeable and professional!! Will be making this my go to pawn shop from now on!! I felt so welcomed and everyone in there is so friendly and eager to help!!! Thank y’all so much!!
