Yes they are so kind to deal with and not just because they've helped me pawn stuff. The other place in town I didn't go because I felt uncomfortable. Here it's just chill vibe and they like helping people out too.

I just want to say that the ladies that work at. Capital pawn is a major asset to this company. There very knowledgeable when it comes to there job. Always so nice and curtious they go above and beyond to assist there customers with dignity and respect. I don’t really know the guys there but they are also knowledgeable but Jennifer and Lynette I have been dealing with for years. Love them and they deserve to be rewarded for there services.

Dustin was very helpful with me selling my tools. Dustin wrote that by the way and they offered me 10percent value on gold when i tried to get my weedeater and just now the woman saw my anxiety triggereg it the rermanded me for it amd got me to put a 15 dollar saw blade on a 30 saw amd gave me 8 bucks then when i got handed to another guy cause she was mow busy when i tried to report it i almost get kicked out cause she his boss and im out of gas no other option but park my car im town and walk tje 20 mile home so i just got strongarmed to sell my things at less that 10 percent i tjoughy pawm shops gave one third or even near it would be nice

This place is a straight ripoff. Unfortunately since their competition closed they are the only pawn shop left around town besides Dupres but they NEVER buy anything there unless it’s firearms. The employees are very unprofessional and try to scam you. I’m giving this review because of my experience’s there which sadly was multiple. Every last person that I know would rather drive the extra 30 miles to Lafayette or try to sale it another way. Bottom line you will literally get half sometimes even 1/3 compared to a reputable pawn shop. I will add they have decent prices on some tools but make sure you test it good. It’s sad because it used to be my favorite place when the old staff was there.

Jakorrie was so personable and extremely helpful. He didn’t make us feel like he was just trying to make a sell. He gave us his best recommendation of the product we were looking for and made sure everything worked prior to our departure. Also, for $5 more we got a 6 month warranty for anything in the store equal to our purchase. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Jakorrie and Capital Pawn!!!

This location is one of the best places for your electronics and just about everything else. They give the most money on pawns and have the best prices in town. Their customer service is also A1. My most recent experience was a awesome one. Jennifer Jones not only exceeded her expectations to assist me with my purchase but I was having a rough day looking for a particular item for my son . She made that experience a personal one for me. She was able to make me laugh and I was even able to pick up a couple of things I didn't need as well. I have visited other pawn shops but this one, this one made me feel comfortable, made me feel at home. The store is in a great location, awesome store hours and the cleanliness is incredibk. I will definitely be returning to the store in the near future and I will spread the word to others.

I was greeted when I walked in with smile, all my questions was answered Mrs. Jennifer even offered me layaway!! I called this place and asked them if they bought some items I had. They told me no and when I described the item I was told yes bring it in. So I drove an hour and brought them two gold necklaces, a laptop, and a bunch of other items that is vintage and collectables. Once I got there with everything they told me my 14k gold necklace would only be bought for $5 and the laptop wasn't the brand they prefer and the collectables that I had that they wanted to see wasn't anything that they were interested in. So even though they told me on the phone that they was interested they really wasn't. The workers wasn't helpful at all and the manager interrupted me Everytime I went to talk. Some of the items I brought in she wouldn't even look at them and said whatever it was could stay in the box because she was not interested in it. I do not recommend anyone go there at all.
