Capital One Bank Broadway, New York

I was having trouble finding coin wrappers at any of the nearby drugstores, walked in and asked if the tellers would accept a deposit of coins without wrappers. They said they couldn't, however after I told them my situation, and because I was a Capital One Bank customer, they provided me with a number of wrappers. I'm so grateful! Fantastic customer service.

This has been the only good experience with this bank ever. Dario helped me and was such a great, patient and showed care associate. The branches need more customer friendly staff. HR not doing a good job recognizing it. Good job Dario, finally one staff member gets it. Let him hire and train others.

This branch is the worst customer service ever! I went to the line , didn’t get attended for like 5mins because the tellers were to busy talking with there co worker! When I finally got attended. This teller keep on looking at his co worker. When I ask I wanna get a replacement for my lost card! They didn’t even try to help me nor ask my name or look at my account! This issue is ongoing and it should be taking care off right away. Friday 5/23/19 went at 4:25pm those teller should be fired!

So I picked capital one because I was told you guys were great. As the months go by and I use this capital one I get horrible service every time I come here. I wait 30 minutes just to get a piece of paper you're tellers are rude and very nasty, I only come here because I live close by but to recive this service makes me not want to be a capital one member any more. I really wish you guys will tell you're tellers to be much nicer cause they get paid to give service not to act like they are in the hood. Thank you if this keeps happening I WILL tell my friend about this bank and the horrible service you guys give. Please have more bankers a 30 minite wait is not okay.

My single day off I got apointment for small business. They sent me a lot of reminders about that, finally nobody there inside! Phone not responding, on web site no room for complain!

I was a bit hesitant to come to this location based off the reviews but I have visited 3 times this week and each time has been lovely. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not sure why the reviews are so low. Maybe they hired new staff? I'll update if anything changes but so far I couldn't be happier with bank service.

Out of all banks, I enjoy doing business in this bank because it has wonderful customer service that cater to customer’s needs in every way possible.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Experience here plus the response from capital one are the main reason that I moved most of my accounts elsewhere.
