Terrible experience. No customer service agent available when you 1st come in. They are having the security guard interact with customers and she needs more training to do it better. Came in with my mom to inquire about opening a new account and security lady told me there is no1 to speak to other than the bank tellers. So i joined the long line. After the long wait i finally spoke with the teller. I asked about opening a new account and was told there is no way to open it without an email address. I informed them my mother doesn't use email, is there another way some1 can help. I was told no. They didn't even offer to help sign her up using there system/tablet. We were told to go home and return another day. I was very disappointed in there treatment and unwillingness to be more proactive. More training is definitely needed to shorten the lines and interact better with the customers.

This might be the worse bank ever I been here for 46 mins and no one has been called yet to see a personal banker. Only two of them are working and it’s more than 8 people waiting. The workers don’t even seem to care that you are waiting for over 40 mins. And all I need is a new atm card! They must do better. I’m ready to close this account!

Worst experience ever. Went to the bank to open a savings and checking account with my, now, husband. Out of conversation he asked us why we were opening the account and we told him it was because we were getting married. The banker, young Indian or west Indian banker hypothetically put an application for a credit card through without telling myself and my husband. I told him that I did not want a credit card at the time and he still put the application in process. How we found out is by walking out the bank thinking the account was not open and the banker called us from the car saying he "accidentally put the application through". He's a Fraud and I would not trust anyone at this branch!

The staff is observant and aware of all customers. For your bank too be so busy, customers are in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I must also add the fact that this is a CDC compliant Financial Institution.

Long line to make a deposit no body cares your just a number

This is my go-to bank; Very convenient. Although there is a shortage of staff and the line can be long some times, it's not a unpleasant wait to me. The bank tellers are very polite and friendly.

I went to this bank to open a checking account for my sister & this bank was very rude and unorganized. There was no signing sheet for customers to be call in their order of arrival but a very rude lady popping up in the waiting area asking who came first???...yet she will just take any random person and write them up on a tablet. When it was my turn I asked her why is she doing that?? instead of having a signing sheet So people can be seen accordingly. The lady’s answer was “let me find somebody else to take your name down”. Ok whatever but I waited more than 10 mins until I decided I had to leave this place since it was obvious it was not going to work. Never again would I set a foot at this bank, this area is very well known for their poor & trashy customer service anyways so it does not surprises me at all.

I came in today to get a replacement card after I had an issue with mines I arrived at 11:20am signed in and it's almost 3pm and I still have not been seen. This bank is the worst.
