Capital One Bank N Broadway, White Plains

This brunch in White Plains close their doors at least 30 min before the schedule time . Brunch manager Darrell talk to customers in a rude tone , highly unprofessional and ugly. I made a call to the district manager to look at the reason for why this brunch consistently. Closes the brunch earlier .

Be careful they are holding my money on checks that cleared 3 weeks ago and provided documentation checks are legitamit with cecetified letters and they the other bank cashed checks Capital one is holding my money or steeling technically, who knows when i can get my money Filed complaints aganst them its been 3 weeks they are holding on to my money they also locked out my direct deposit that went there had to go to branch and fight to get my direct deposit back to me but the other checks that cleared they are still holding Go somewhere else please don't use capital one Please make a stand against big bank stand with consumer please avoid like the pleauge

This is not okay !!!!! Two years and the same bullshit with this atm I went to make a deposit last night and it took my cash didn’t credit my account !!!!!! Know who’s going to refund me iv had it with this bank !!!!!!!

Waited on line for 25 minutes with my 30+pound 2 year old in my arms, just to be told that my savings bonds could not be deposited as per some new policy. Meanwhile, I deposited savings bonds at CapitalOne (albeit a better branch) prior (guess this was before the policy). If there was a door greeter, this whole experience could have been avoided. By the way, Chase down the street had no line and took the bonds without question. I've been a CapitalOne customer since they acquired North Fork Bank, and this experience will most likely be the catalyst for me closing all of my accounts and cancelling all products. The continued closure of convenient locations is also a major factor.

This is one of the best locations that Capital One has. I recently went into the branch to inquire about the banks QuickSilver and everyone was so helpful that I will go back and start a new relationship with Capital One. I had also asked about a question about a Home Equity and was short of time. So the branch manager that sits next to the door told me he would call me with information that I asked about even though I wasn't a customer. This was great. You don't receive service like this in banks anymore unfortunately. Thank the staff for me.

The branch closes at 12pm on Saturday and I got there at 11:30am. I was turned away because they said it was too close to closing time. All I wanted to do was open a checking account. I went over to TD Bank in White Plains right after and they close at 12pm too. They were happy to take my business.

It's bad enough that I need to rely on a corporation to access my money - but to close unannounced on a random Thursday when you're the only location for miles is unforgivable. People have lives that you're already disrupting by only setting hours when they are working!

1) all but a few branches remain open. Very inconvenient 2) bc of that - I’m forced to use atm - which is always broken, very inconvenient 3) no one EVER picks up the phone at the branch, very inconvenient = time to switch to another bank

My husband and I went to this branch earlier this week. The Branch Ambassador Taylor Morgan at the North Broadway branch, was more than helpful. She not only helped us with a special deposit, she answered many questions I had about opening other accounts. We do not have a branch that is close to us and she made the ride to this branch well worth it. She definitely gets two thumbs up for a great job!

I came into the branch needing advice on how to Build credit as I don't have any established. The manager of the branch called me over and talked to me about the secured card that the bank offers. I was surprised with how caring and genuine he was as I have gone into other banks in the area who did not seem to care that I had no clue how to build credit. But this Capital One was different. I think I'm going to close my Chase accounts and join Capital One. I hope this gets read by someone.
