How do these people stay open with such poor service? Lobby closed and everyone has to use the drive thru. Capital One should invest in improving how to run their branches and spend fewer millions of dollars for singers to promote the bank.

If you're looking for a bank to get you in and out in a timely manner, DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH!!! Since capital one has limited branches, I am basically forced to use this branch. I have never in my 52 years of life waited so long to get service from a bank. Avoid this branch at all costs

I am one of the long and loyal customer of the bank. However, the customer service at the bank is getting worst day by day. I am forced to close my account by Jaquria store #498 @ 5021 N Garland Ave, Garland, TX 75040. This is her second time to have an attitude thinks she got away with the first one. I don't recommend to go to small banks and deal with poorly trained customer service workers or tellers. I got my lesson.

Lobby is closed and they directed me to use drive thru, I did and while I was in line they closed one lane and now. We have 7 cars waiting and others going to atm. I called branch to speak to someone but got an invalid message and was not able to get through to talk to someone about this matter.

I stopped in to make a withdrawal this morning and was greeted immediately with a smile from the teller. She inquired about my motorcycle which she saw me pull up on; this got us talking about 9-11 and we shared stores from that day. It was a nice conversation and she was just a sweet and genuine person. I do 99% of my banking online or over the phone but this is another reason I love this bank. Thank you for continuing to provide great customer service at a time when this seems to be a thing of the past. It does not go unnoticed.

As much as I love this banks online services, there customer support is very poor. First off, get rid of the 100 question survey from the automated computer answering system and just answer your stupid phones! Second I deposited money last Friday and today (Tuesday) you tell me that you are returning a check because my deposit hasn't cleared yet. Any decent bank would have looked at the account and saw the money was there and not returned the check. Instead I get a rep on the phone that is reading a script and said they are unwilling to help or look into it. Sorry to this branch, but your parent company doesn't pull up on google reviews. Go figure!

Came in to the branch to open an account & to make my first deposit. Jay Owens walked me through the process & she was so professional & nice. She helped me navigate through the mobile app & use my online banking so I don’t have to wait in line. Thanks Jay for all of your amazing help!

This is the WORST capital one location. I called everyday for a week trying to order currency. The never answered. I love 35 min from the closest Location, I drover over here at 3 and they have ONE drive through lane open on the last day of the month. The atm being serviced in the middle of the day and a line out the front door. Get it together this is horrible!!

Don’t get your wallet stolen. Cause they could care less. No matter how much you price who you are they won’t help you access your own money. No compassion. Left me without access to my money when my wallet was stolen and couldn’t care less. Did nothing to help me

At 3:30 pm on the day of October 7, 2021 the line of 6 person is waiting for their turn, there is only one person working!!! 15' passing by I am still here, meanwhile there are 5 more people behind me, if the manager can not manage the services or can not bring up the rate from 2.6 up then he should resign or the bank should close for business
