Capital One Bank Airline Dr, Bossier City

As much as I love this banks online services, there customer support is very poor. First off, get rid of the 100 question survey from the automated computer answering system and just answer your stupid phones! Second I deposited money last Friday and today (Tuesday) you tell me that you are returning a check because my deposit hasn't cleared yet. Any decent bank would have looked at the account and saw the money was there and not returned the check. Instead I get a rep on the phone that is reading a script and said they are unwilling to help or look into it. Sorry to this branch, but your parent company doesn't pull up on google reviews. Go figure!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF CAPITAL ONE BANK FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND I HAVE ENJOYED EVERY YEAR DOING MY BANKING THERE!!!! THIS MORNING (3/8/22) ABOUT 9:30, I MADE A WITHDRAWAL OF $300 (2 $100 BILLS, 3 $20 BILLS, 2 $10 BILLS AND 4 $5 BILLS). WELL AS I WAS LEAVING I STOPPED AT THE COUNTER, PLACED MY CASH DOWN TO PUT IN MY WALLET AND LEFT A $100 BILL, THE LOYAL CASHIER (MRS. DEBORAH) NOTICE IT AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED ME, I'M SO THANKFUL, THANK YOU MA'AM, GOD 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 BLESS. CAPITAL ONE BANK (NUMBER ONE) ALWAYS!!!!!

I have been banking with Capital One since they bought Hibernia. I have never had any problems with them. Everyone has always been nice and professional. I love the mobile banking.

There are no more capital one ATM located in Blanchard or on north market any more. Closet one is in bossier on Airline and Shedrow.

Small business owner on hold for 25-minutes and 28-seconds still no answer. If a company can't answer the phone in a reasonable length of time don't say you have phone support.

This bank has me so mad right now. I live in Texas and this branch in Louisiana on Airline allowed someone to walk into their branch and withdraw money from my account $800. How unbelievable is this. I am the only one on my account. Now I have to go through an investigation and wait for my money to be returned. I have called this location, left messages and no one has called me back. Currently looking in my legal options. How you allow someone to take money and not ask for ID is insane. Or the teller stole my money. Either way this branch is at fault. Just horrible and right before the holiday weekend.

Friends, bank somewhere like Origin Bank, Bank of Montgomery, Gibsland Bank and Trust, or Barksdale Federal Credit Union. Not only are the lines much shorter, but they will spend whatever time they need to spend on you to resolve your issues should they arise.

Absolute worst bank to ever do business with. There is never a branch manager available, tellers don't know what they are doing, customer service number you wait for 30 minutes to get the run around to file a complaint and request an audit and has taken months to correct previous errors on their end. Do yourself a favor and put your money somewhere safe with a bank you can trust because this is NOT the one.

I don’t know Why people are giving them such Low rating bc I’ve been with this bank for awhile now and they are very friendly, courteous and willing to help!! They have always kept my bank account on point and service is great!!! They are one of the Best Banks Around!!!

Everyone should stay away from Capital One. Sorry bank. Nothing but tellers. No loan officers to deal with. Just made a deposit of over 3k and teller asked me if I knew I could make deposits at ATM. Who in the hell is going to trust a machine with 3k. Sorry I bothered her. Oh she must of forgot she works for me.
