Capital One Bank Promenade Dr, Leesburg

I'm very disappointed that the branch in Lansdowne is no longer a full service bank. I have to travel to Leesburg downtown to conduct some of the banking business. The bank staff is usually extremely friendly and easy to communicate and work with. That's why I do all my banking in Capital One.

This place used to be a bank. Now it's just 4 walls with a vault. Stopped in today to have a property deed notarized. Was given a long list of documents that they no longer sign including deeds and all court documents etc etc. What's the point of doing it if you want to pick and choose? Previously have been to this location to trade money that was damaged by the ATM machine. Made a withdraw and is getting a few hundred dollars but only had two thirds of the bill. Came in with the money and the receipt and was told I had to drive to another location since they have no tellers (Another decision made to convenience the share holder over providing customer service. After a few minutes they decided they could get the money at this location but it took a lot of chatter to get that far. My calls to customer service FINALLY get routed to someone in the USA.. not sure if that is just attached to my number or a global decision. Seems if the account is in the USA that my business should be handled in the USA. Bottom line..if you want to save time and money, go to a credit union.

Have banked with three different companies, and m Capital One is by far my favorite!! I feel like no other bank genuinely cares about their customers like Capital One does. Thank you Capital One!

Im not liking that branches are closing down tellers. This is the 3rd one ive been to that i cant do all my banking... consitering closing my account

No tellers!!!! I don't know why capital one insists on doing this in multiple locations. It's stupid.

Have approx. 15 business accounts there --- My wife went in to make a deposit and they told her she had to use the ATM (to deposit 25 checks) --- I get it that there is no teller, but with someone who has as many accounts as I do, you'd think they would be more willing to help. Very disappointed. She even tried to use the ATM and her card was not working - they would not help her as it was my card --- I also understand the precaution from a security perspective, but she was merely depositing checks - not taking anything out --- Some common sense needs to take place ---

Once in a while a business is able to find a good employee that understands customer service and goes above and beyond. Branch ambassador Prasanti, was amazing and helped quickly and perfectly execute My need. She was so helpful and kind. I had to review. This branch ambassador has helped me twice now. She was equally as effective last time. Great job!

This branch is listed as having "Selective Services". That's "bank talk" for no tellers. Had to drive to Leesburg to conduct my business.

This branch is horrible. We went in to get a cashier's check and it took 30 minutes and we don't have a check.
