Husband recently deposited cash in atm . It took the money and he was in the bank for over an hour trying to get money back . Bank managers were unhelpful . Basically oh I’m sorry which is unacceptable . Called customer service as well and they said deposit is too Large for a immediate credit adjustment . This branch needs to close and shut down they atms . I advised my husband to Close his account asap and go to another bank because this is absurd.

Horrible! Lousy, incredibly slow service. ATMs are always messed up/closed/non functioning. Crapital One is a credit card company that wants to pretend that they are a bank. Ever since they bought Chevy Chase bank, Crapital One has done nothing but close branches and waste money on stupid TV commercials. Its too bad because Chevy Chase bank was great.

The worst bank and customer service. The ATM didn’t give $540 back, and now I have to wait up to 10 business days to get my own money! Will close all my accounts with them as soon as will get my own money that they kept.

After over 10 years I been a capital one customer credit cards and recent bank account. They closed all my accounts with no reason. Wow I been with chase even longer. Oh well duces.

At the atm trying to deposit cash. Machine spun around a bit and gave me my debit card back with no receipt and no cash in my account. I have to now open a case to try and get my $ back. This is absurd.

Came here to get a cashiers check, they checked my credentials and had me waiting 30 minutes then tell me they need to wait for manager to approve my cashiers check and it was going to take another hour. UNACCEPTABLE!
