My Family and I have been going to this location for years,and we loved it here.In the past 2 years the whole team member and staff has been changed.We have experienced nothing but a terrible customer service and rude managment.If they can not handle something they would simply tell you,It is not their problem! They interrupt you and speak in spanish to each other and make fun of the customers! We will never come back to this location!

Outside ATM machines do not work when the weather is under 40 degrees. I've had this problem multiple times. This has only happened after Capitol One has installed these new ATMs. Also I am not very comfortable touching these screens.. They are just super nasty and have lots of germs on them, especially with the COVID-19 virus going around. Capitol One please do better. Yuck

We have been with Capital one for years. Just loved this bank. From the Credit Card, Call Center, and branch service, this bank never let us down.

Terrible customer service experience from one of their representative named Miguel. Arrived at the bank on Saturday at 11:57 am to convert 5 20’s in to a hundred bill. I was told the bank was closed. And locked the door on me when I see through the window they were serving 10 + people. Mind you this is 11:57 am!
