The male at the 1st window is very rude and very unpleasant and unprofessional, he thinks he owns the bank and if you go window any amount over $3000.00 he gets mad like it's his money.

    Response from the owner

This is never the sentiment we aim for here and will be sure to doc your feedback so that it's seen by the right eyes.^AS

Gave it two starts because the bank was open and servicing customers. The problem was the customers service was terrible. A older black gentleman attempted to help me but you could hardly hear him under the mask and he wasn’t very accommodating. The bank also only had one teller working behind the counter making service very slow

On more than one occasion I had to wait more than 30 min just to use the ATM... it would help if they upgraded the ones outside!

The security guard is very polite always greets the moment I walk in there and as far as for the tellers Julianna is the best she’s so nice awesome customer service always a pleasure to speak to her.

    Response from the owner

Nothing like going to a business and leaving like everyone was glad you came. That branch is known for showing customers that feels good spirit. We'll share your post with our team. Thanks again for sharing this awesome review. ^AB

IT IS THE WORST BANK THAT CAN EXIST FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS TO USE THE SERVICES OF THIS BANK. GOOD EMPLOYEE BUT DOES NOT HAVE MANAGERS TO HELP FIND SOLUTIONS. and unlike other banks, INSTEAD OF BEING A SOLUTION, IT BECOMES A PROBLEM.

I read some reviews about the customer service if this place. I cannot review every employee, but the person that helped me was absolutely the worst. When I walked in the security guard greeted me politely, but the so called relationship banker (Emily Ocasio) was just on the computer without any intention of talking to a customer. I asked her if she was available and she rolled her eyes and did a slight nod indicating that she was available. My trip there was to see if they were able to honor something that another associate promised earlier. She simply said no, since I was not the one who said that we cannot honor it. The previous employee basically got me to open another account for no apparent reason. However, being that it was someone else, it is totally understandable that the promise can't be honored. I asked if she could order checks and she basically said that I could do it online. If I wanted to do it online I would've done it already. I obviously took the trip there for a reason. She pretty much had no intention of helping customers unless they were doing something that benefited her. If you're thinking about doing anything else besides using the ATM, look elsewhere. There are plenty of nearby capital one banks with much better service.

    Response from the owner

Definitely not the experience we're going for here and this feedback is key to changing that. We're getting this to our Branch Leadership to make sure this is addressed. Feel free to give us a buzz (800.655.2265) or hop online and chop it up on chat for all things banking.

Mediocre service at best. Never seen more than 2 tellers for 20 people or more lines. And for some reason the entire place ALWAYS reeks of unwashed body odor. It is disgusting. Someone there clearly needs to start showering and wearing deodorant.

The wait times are so long now. The new policies are terrible. They don't care about having customers in the bank. They just want people to use their website for everything even when I need help.

    Response from the owner

This isn't the sentiment we aim for here. People are banking in different ways these days, and we want you to know we're here for you. We'll be sure to get your feedback into the right hands, Sandra.^AS

The recent changes are horrible. They never have enough staff and are trying to force me to do everything online. Why would I even go to a bank if I didn't need something done in person?

    Response from the owner

Thanks for tapping us in here, Carmen - this definitely isn't how we want our customers to feel. People are banking in different ways these days, and we’re committed to showing our customers that we’re here for them wherever they may be. We've documented this post to ensure your voice is heard on this. ^JG
